Provides foster care services to recruit, study, train, and inspect foster homes to ensure the safety of the children residing there.

Provides 24 hour care in approved foster homes, reunification, legal custodianship, and life skill training for foster youth age 14 and older.

Works concurrently toward adoption, independent living, permanent legal custodianship or another planned permanent arrangement for the child(ren).

Provides training, workshops, and conferences. Offers modalities that include face-to-face and online learning forums such as webinars, chat sessions, and professional learning communities. Features topic areas including social-emotional learning, suicide prevention, youth development, and more.

Provides educational information and meetings to mandated reporters of child abuse and neglect. Offers information to community forums to increase child abuse and neglect awareness and foster parent recruitment.

Offers information and referral, legislative advocacy, and training for families caring for foster, adoptive, or kinship children. Also raises funds to provide extras and scholarships for foster children and children adopted from foster care.
