Provides technical assistance to private businesses or local and state organizations on meeting ADA compliance. Includes a walk-through of the business by qualified people with disabilities and a written summary of recommendations.

Serves Pennsylvaniaâs municipalities with transportation road maintenance and safety training since 1983. Services available through LTAP include workshop training, on-site technical assistance, updates on the latest technologies and innovations, field demonstrations, library and information materials, and newsletters. These services are available to all municipalities in the state and are provided at no cost to the users.

Provides technical assistance ,audio-visual resources, materials, and training on safety issues affecting children and adolescents. Issues include child safety seats, seat belts, airbags, pedestrian, bicycle, and school bus safety and teen driving.

Provides technical assistance to businesses and helps residents connect with public benefits and basic needs assistance for which they are eligible.
