Operates as a fiscal sponsor offering services to established and emerging nonprofits. Assumes the financial and legal responsibility for every partner and project under its 501(c)(3) umbrella. Provides comprehensive, collaborative services and consulting.

This is a 12-week program designed for anyone who is struggling to make ends meet. The program will help develop an individualized plan to improve your situation. The course is led by certified instructors. Each participant will receive dinner every week, free child care, an incentive for participating, and class materials.

Provides plans for and coordinates the delivery of HIV/AIDS care, prevention, and education in North Central Pennsylvania. Provides funding for four agencies to provide case management and prevention services in twelve counties of North Central Pennsylvania.

Provides certification for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) as part of the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP) and business development services.

Provides fund disbursement/allocations assistance.

Provides comprehensive donor services and responds to changing community needs and opportunities in areas such as art and culture, education, environment, health and human services, youth programs, and volunteer programs.

St. Mary Medical Center's partnership with Catholic Housing & Community Services has established the Family Caregiver Center to connect seniors to aging in place resources and services. Our guidance provides older adults and their families with choices, recommendations, and answers in times of uncertainity. Services: Geriatric assessment to determine safety options and services as deemed necessary Create a plan which answers individual concerns Coordinate the right network of services Remove the stress of managing multiple priorities for your loved one Community resources

Provides grants to non-profit organizations to human service programs to benefit low and moderate income people.

Offers Financial Management Services through ACES$, a non-profit, private organization. ACES$ assists people with disabilities handle their payroll services without taking away their choice over who serves as their caregivers.

Offers a series of trainings, technical assistance, and information sharing. Key topic areas in training include: A) Real Estate Development B) Commercial Corridor Revitalization C) Communications D) Community Engagement

Helps individuals regain financial stability by preparing and sending payment for day-to-day expenses ensuring essential bills are paid, offer needed resources and referrals, and reconciling accounts, recording expenses, and making reports to the Social Security Adminstration as needed.

Free seminars are held periodically and are open to all adults ages 18 and older. Recent topics include: Motivational Speakers, Medication Education, Financial Training, Local Community Resources.

Connects individuals with the independent living services needed to achieve independent living.

Provides access to federal, state, and local funds for community redevelopment and housing rehabilitation.

Provides grants to non-profit (501c3) organizations in the area for collaborative, outcome-focused projects that address health issues affecting residents in Summit Health's service areas.
