The purpose of the initiative is to develop new and innovative strategies to connect job seekers to hiring employers.

Provides a twelve day curriculum distributed over a 9-month period; examines critical community issues (such as education, regional economy, inclusion, human services, local government, and the arts), enhances civic-engagement, develops executive-level networks, and empowers senior managers to impact their business and the regional agenda at the leadership level.
From September through June, the monthly Leadership Pittsburgh programs provide participants the exposure, experiences, and connections that prepare them to tackle the challenges of senior leadership in our community.
