The Office of Elections and Registration is accountable for the effective conduct of all elections and voter registration throughout the county. The staff complies with a broad spectrum of duties in assuring a smooth election process. Responsibilities include the processing and updating of registration records, finding polling places, instructing district boards for each election, preparing ballots, programming and maintenance of election machines, preparation of absentee ballots and certifying vote totals.

Provides assistance to Butler County residents with their voter registration and with elections.

Manages voter registration within Montgomery County

Responsible for registering eligible county residents to vote and for maintaining all voter registration records.

Administers voter registration and absentee ballots for Northampton County residents. Records and maintains files for all registered voters in the county, files and monitors financial reports, and oversees all facets of the Electoral process as required by law.

Luzerne County election office is responsible for the administration of the election laws which includes voter registration and two elections per year. This office is responsible for all new voter registrations in the county and any changes to current registrations such as addresses, name or party affiliation, and the canceling of voter's records with regards to those who have moved or are deceased.

Manages all aspects of elections, including Voter Registration, Absentee and Mail-In Ballots.
