The three Wayne County Commissioners constitute the County Board of Elections.

Luzerne County election office is responsible for the administration of the election laws which includes voter registration and two elections per year. This office is responsible for all new voter registrations in the county and any changes to current registrations such as addresses, name or party affiliation, and the canceling of voter's records with regards to those who have moved or are deceased.

Registers voters and manages elections for York County. Handles requests, such as: Handing in Mail-In and Absentee Ballots, Updating your registration, Applying for a ballot, and Handing in campaign finance.
