The United Way has created and facilitates The Nurse’s Pantry in 34 schools throughout the Wyoming Valley.

Coordinates medical transportation. Offers volunteer opportunities.

Provides transportation from certain pick up points in Lower Bucks to the shelters. Each site acts as a shelter on a rotating basis for each month of winter, or when code blues are declared. Also provides bedding and some clothing. The host church provides the space, a hot meal, and breakfast. No children under 18 years old. No service animals allowed.
