Groups are available for those who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease, who are aware of their diagnosis, and want to come meet and talk with others who are dealing with the same problems. Family caregivers are encouraged to attend. Caregiver groups are also available.

Provides families struggling with the challenges of caring for a loved one with opportunities for social events, education, and information-sharing.

Provides residential living, personal care, in-patient rehab, general health care, and memory support services.

Offers a monthly support group meeting for anyone going through the struggles of providing care and/or living with Alzheimer's or a related dementia. Group facilitated by trained individuals.

Offers an Early-Stage Social Engagement Program that provides a fun and comfortable way for people living in the early stage of Alzheimer's or other dementia to get out, get active and get connected with one another through a variety of social events and community-based activities determined by individual needs and interests of the participants and that promote social interaction and companionship.
