Offers a community outreach and training provided for families and professionals interested in learning more about individuals born with Down Syndrome. Sponsors the annual Buddy Walk for the awareness, acceptance and inclusion of people who have Down Syndrome.

Independent Support Groups - Celebrate Down Syndrome

Connects with families to help them gain inner strength so they may be their own best resource. Goals are to give support, foster friendships, and connect with other families. The meetings allow time to interact, express feelings, concerns and/or doubts. Childcare provided on-site with structured activities for children of all ages. Celebrate Down Syndrome strives to bring awareness to our community through social activities and to provide assurance and information about Down Syndrome related issues. Offers free books for new parents, social activities and educational meetings with requested speakers.
