Provides a safe space for adults living with epilepsy, or those caring for a child or spouse with epilepsy, to relax, reflect, and recharge, all while connecting with others facing similar daily obstacles. Activities and group sessions include nature walks, music and art therapy, meditation and mindfulness exercises, and other restorative practices, wellness techniques, community building, and self-care strategies. Medical professionals are on-site for the duration of the retreat.
