Offers primary care and specialty health services for Veterans in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Provides crisis intervention, individual, group, family, and marriage counseling. Trains individuals to intervene when suicidal behaviors are evident. Provides opportunities to engage in networking, growth and recreational activities which develop connection, purpose, and hope.

Provides transitional housing and supportive services to veterans who are experiencing homelessness, with the goal of each individual moving into permanent housing as soon as they are able to do so (average length of stay is six months). Several levels of supports are available through the Transitional Housing Programs, depending on the needs of the individual.

Provides routine hospice care in patient's homes. Provides a wide variety of services including: nursing visits, home health aides, social workers, spiritual counselors, pet therapy, aroma therapy, music therapy and massage therapy.

Provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families living in or transitioning to permanent housing. Also provides eligible Veterans and their families with outreach, case management, and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits.

Provides free dental services for Veterans who are older adults, individuals with disabilities, or qualify as medically fragile.

Provides eligible veteran households with outreach, assessment, case management, advocacy and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits, which may include housing counseling, legal support, credit repair, financial planning services, and time-limited, temporary financial assistance.

Provides readjustment counseling to make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Individual, group, marriage and family counseling is offered in addition to referral and connection to other VA or community benefits and services.

Offers veterans six extended care facilities throughout the state. Care provided includes personal care, skilled nursing care, domiciliary care, and dementia care.

Offers apartments for low-income older adults. Also offers on-site services provided by HELP USA, like healthcare, counseling, and employment opportunities.

Provides eligible veteran households with outreach, assessment, case management, advocacy and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits, which may include housing counseling, legal support, credit repair, financial planning services, and time-limited, temporary financial assistance.

Provides emergency financial assistance to veterans to help pay for housing, utilities, and transportation (including work and medical appointments, auto loan and insurance payments, and car repairs). Pays directly to landlords, vendors, and creditors.

Provides primary medical care to Veterans. Includes woman's health care, occupational therapy, dermatology, retinal imaging, some Telehealth services, diabetes education, smoking cessation, coping skills training, Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn (OEF/OIF/OND), stress management, nutrition counseling, laboratory testing, finger stick Coumadin testing, group and/or individual therapy, Psychiatry, Psychology, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder evaluation and treatment.

Provides individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health issues with help to build a strong foundation for long-term recovery. Transportation for veterans to appointments at the VA Hospital. To use the service, veterans must be ambulatory. Service is limited to Butler county.

Offers health care services for veterans including primary care, mental & behavioral health, nursing services, lab services, and other specialty care services.

Provides fresh, nutritious foods for families with at least one member who has served in the armed forces.

Services of this office include burial assistance, records maintenance, providing grave markers, flags and holders for all County veterans graves and financial assistance to county cemeteries holding veterans. State benefits applied for through this office include tax exemption and educational assistance for 100% disabled veterans, emergency assistance, applications for the blind, paralyzed veterans and veterans homes. Federal Veterans Benefits applied for through this office include health care, service connected compensation, pension assistance for disabled unemployable veterans and counseling for surviving family members and returning veterans.
