Franklin County Government - Juvenile Probation

Operates under the direction and guidance of the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, to provide probation services to Franklin County youth who fall within the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court under Chapter 63 of the Pennsylvania Criminal Code. Provides general probation supervision, school-based probation supervision, aftercare supervision, and victim services. Probation Officers also facilitate numerous diversion and intervention groups to address youth needs.

Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas - Juvenile Court and Probation

Hears cases which involve minors who have been charged with a criminal offense or who habitually refuse to obey reasonable and proper directions of their parents, guardians or custodians, or school authorities, or who are habitually truant. Administers the Juvenile Probation system for Allegheny County.
