Offers a weekly program of wraparound services for teenaged and young adult males in the African and Caribbean immigrant and refugee community. Services include case management, conflict resolution training, ESL instruction, health and wellness screening, homework help, mentoring, prejob guidance, sports and other recreational activities.

Offers comprehensive care to adolescents who have a primary substance use disorder diagnosis, but who might also be struggling with a co-occurring mental health challenge.
