Guests are normally with the program for 90 days (ish) D) Life Change Program – residential program for men. Participants are usually with the program for one year or more. E) Respite Care – for those men that have lost their housing AND are managing a serious medical diagnosis (ex. stage 4 stomach cancer) F) Senior homelessness – men over the age of 60 that are experiencing homelessness (often for the first time). The program provides case management to assist with senior housing applications, social security challenges, health care issues, etc. Senior guests typically stay until they can be moved into long-term affordable senior housing. G) Relocation program – a male guest that is trying to get to a different part of the country where they may have family or other support systems. Case managers work with them to rebuild the relationship to reconnect with those family member, and build a plan to get them back to their family.
