Bilingual bicultural staff assists and connects consumers with programs, benefits, and services that they may be eligible for such as state benefits through the PA Compass System, welfare benefits, public health insurance, etc. Due to their extensive network with local providers they are able to refer clients to where their clients are able to have their needs met. Provides referrals to social service agencies, advocacy, notary services, etc. including referrals to Safe Berks if client fears for her/his life. Dedicated Personnel trained on domestic violence service support through Safe Berks.

Provides case management and information and referral services to individuals and families in need. Case managers can assist with basic needs through counseling, information/referral and follow up support.

Provides human services to low income individuals and families. Programs include: - Information and referral/client advocacy, case management, senior center sources, and senior outreach - Interpreter services for clients - Soup kitchen - Immigration - Legal orientation - Employment services - Workforce readiness - GED preparation - ESL (English as a Second Language) - Mental Health services - Substance Abuse services - HIV/AIDS testing and counseling - STD testing and counseling
