Provides information and referral to families looking for an adoption agency or needing information about the adoption process. Offers regional services such as match parties, LBGT adoption support services, and hosts social networking sites where families interested in adoption can exchange information.

Provides comprehensive and intensive child placement services that include clinical and case management, foster care legal services, foster home placement, and intensive family reunification services.

Offers information and referral, legislative advocacy, and training for families caring for foster, adoptive, or kinship children. Also raises funds to provide extras and scholarships for foster children and children adopted from foster care.
