The Behavioral Health and Addiction Impact Council oversees the Northumberland County Opioid Coalition and Snyder-Union Opioid Coalition as well as The Youth Ambassadors. These groups are working collectively to end drug overdose deaths and reduce stigma about addiction in their counties. Coalitions were born out of a collective effort to address the opioid crisis affecting the region and the entire country. Coalition provides training, public speaking and access to online and agency resources.
