Offers supports that empower individuals and families to obtain the education, resources, and tools needed to achieve their goals and improve financial stability for adults working toward self-sufficiency. Individuals and families work with Supports Specialists who provide one-on-one coaching, advocacy, resources and referrals, and wrap around supportive services. Working with the Specialists, participants identify their strengths and needs, develop a goal plan with action steps, and learn about resources that can help make goal attainment more achievable.

Offers a joint employment arrangement where individuals or their surrogates act as the managing employer, responsible for managing the staff in their home. UCP, as your Agency with Choice provider, is the employer of record and is responsible for handling the employment-related finances and paperwork.
