Assesses eligibility and manages shelter openings for for families with minor children who are experiencing literal homelessness in Allegheny County.

Services include homelessness prevention, help to regain housing stability; Street Outreach to connect unsheltered homeless individuals or families with emergency shelter, critical health and mental health services; and Rapid Rehousing for quick return to permanent housing.
