Hope Rescue Mission - Code Blue Program

Cold weather emergency shelter program that operates throughout the winter months. It provides emergency shelter for an additional 80-100 men nightly. Men sleep on bunkbeds in Mission gym. Program participants attend nightly evening chapels led by local church partners, immediately followed by dinner. Men in Code Blue also have daily access to Wi-Fi enabled laptops, laundry services, and showers.

Provides Cold Blue (cold weather) services during the Code Blue season (November 1st through March 31st). Offers overnight emergency shelter and a day shelter/warming station during the day.

Main Link Peer Support Center - Extreme Weather Warming Center

The Warming Center will be open if the temperature falls below 20 degrees with excessive wind chill, or if the snow fall prediction is over 10 inches. Soup, sleeping bags, and hot beverages would be available. Volunteers from the various agencies and churches would man the Center, all having criminal background and child abuse clearances. Staffing will be either two males or a male and female. Local police will be asked to swing by during the evening.

AGAPE Love From Above To Our Community - Code Blue Emergency Shelter for Men

Provides an emergency shelter that opens when a "Code Blue" alert is issued. Code Blue is issued when the forecast temperature, including wind chills, is expected to reach 45 degrees or lower, or a foot or more of snow.

Out of the Cold - Extreme Weather Shelter

Out of the Cold is a low barrier shelter located in State College PA. We accept individuals with all different walks of life, regardless of decisions that people have made in the past, we believe that shelter is a basic human right. We are a year around shelter. Our day shelter is open from 8 am to 8 pm to anyone experiencing housing or food insecurity. Please call in at 84-852-8864 to be placed on our wait list for overnight shelter. We are only taking Centre County residents at this time.

Provides a temporary overnight shelter. First come, first served. There is security and bags will be checked, no firearms allowed inside. All other weapons will be turned over to security and can be picked up in the morning. 40 bed capacity.

River Crossing YMCA - Allentown Warming Station

Winter shelter for single men and single women. Registration 7:00pm to 9:00pm (Only employed guests with written proof of employment may enter station later). First come, first served. Lights out at 10:30pm. Lights on at 5:45am. Dinner meals are provided seven nights a week for those staying there only. Masks are not required but recommended if not feeling well.
