Cold weather emergency shelter program that operates throughout the winter months. It provides emergency shelter for an additional 80-100 men nightly. Men sleep on bunkbeds in Mission gym. Program participants attend nightly evening chapels led by local church partners, immediately followed by dinner. Men in Code Blue also have daily access to Wi-Fi enabled laptops, laundry services, and showers.
Serves as a homeless shelter for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Provides shelter and programs to help guide individuals and families to self-sufficiency. Operates a Code Blue program and extends its housing capacity when temperatures are below freezing, sub-zero, or in anticipation of a substantial snow storm.

Operates an overnight shelter with a capacity of 25 guests each night. Does not provide hot meals or showers. Families with children needing shelter should call HELP Ministries at 717-238-2851 between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. When HELP Ministries is closed, call Crisis Intervention at (717) 232-7511 or 1-888-596-4447.
Provides a weather-related emergency shelter for those who are homeless and would be exposed to extreme conditions throughout the winter months. Code Blue Shelter will open the doors to the community when the temperature is forecast to be 20 degrees or below and/or a forecast of 12 inches or more of snow. Bedrolls, cots, bedding, pillows, access to bathroom and shower are provided.

Provides a safe shelter for individuals who are facing homelessness and who might otherwise remain unsheltered during the year. The goal of the shelter is to create a safe and supportive environment where the public can access temporary shelter, receive needed support, and work towards achieving stability.

The Warming Center will be open if the temperature falls below 20 degrees with excessive wind chill, or if the snow fall prediction is over 10 inches. Soup, sleeping bags, and hot beverages would be available. Volunteers from the various agencies and churches would man the Center, all having criminal background and child abuse clearances. Staffing will be either two males or a male and female. Local police will be asked to swing by during the evening.
