Provides supportive services to veterans and their families in need, or who are experiencing homelessness or at risk if becoming unhoused. Seeks to assist veterans and their families before they lose their housing. Soldier On provides in-home case management, referral services, and temporary financial assistance for housing to veterans facing homelessness.

Homelessness Prevention Programs
Provides the dollar equivalent of three months rent, and up to a $1000 stipend to cover moving costs for low-income families of three or more residing in Philadelphia. Assistance comes on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Provides emergency aid, in the form of either a direct grant (a cash gift, not to be repaid) or an interest-free loan, and by giving college scholarships to children of soldiers.
