Through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant and partnership with Delaware County Office of Behavioral Health, FCSDC provides supportive housing for single homeless participants who suffer from mental health and/or substance abuse. Selected candidates are provided ongoing financial assistance in the form of rental subsidy vouchers that can be used to secure a housing with an account incentive. Through intensive case management clients are assisted with budgeting, household management, job training, and employment support.

Older Adult/Disability Related Supportive Housing
Provides a supported housing program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development that assists these families once they are ready to move beyond the Emergency Shelter. Supplies short-term rental subsidies and supportive services to families. Assists participants with services such as housing search, case management, budgeting, and job training, as well as goal planning and guidance toward self-sufficiency for up to two years. Assists clients with appropriate home furnishings to enable them to move forward on the road to independent living.

FCSDC partners with the Office of Behavioral Health and the Delaware County Housing Authority to provide housing vouchers to persons experiencing homelessness. Through various housing processes with the Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry, homeless singles and families are identified and referred to FCSDC to identify safe and affordable housing.
