Assists Warren County, PA families who have a child diagnosed with a serious illness with reimbursement for medical related expenses regardless of family income. Reimburses for travel expenses as well as the cost of medical appointments. Sends the family a care package since most families are unprepared with toiletries, clothing, and things to entertain their child/children.

Provides short-term emergency food (local pantries should be called first), personal care/grooming supplies, and single-use Port Authority bus tickets (for verified job interviews or medical appointments, or occasional other emergency situations). Four downtown churches alternate weekly as the church "on duty" for serving persons in need. Please see details in the Intake Procedure and Helpful Hints sections below.
Seniors age 65 and over can sign up for a free card that allows them to ride on public transportation system throughout Pennsylvania. Commonly preferred to showing PACE or Medicare card to thwart possible identity theft.
