Offers support for the Elderly Property Tax and Extension Program which can extend, defer, or assist older adults who are behind on property taxes. Older adults are also assisted with foreclosure preventions/loss mitigation counseling, budgeting and financial coaching.

Remote sessions take about 90 minutes to complete while the traditional face-to-face sessions can take over 2-3 hours. Counselors are certified by PHFA and NeighborWorks.
