Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) - VITA Free Taxes

VITA program enables lower-income individuals and families to receive help preparing basic Federal, State and Local income taxes forms at no cost to them. Offering rent rebates and property tax rebates to those individuals who may not have a filing requirement. CEO will be operating the VITA Program as a drop-off site where clients can drop-off their tax documents and pick-up completed tax returns when done. Only face-to face contact with clients will be the person verifying identity, eligibility, and making certain all tax documents, forms, and signatures are in the drop-off packet at time of drop-off. Only complete packets will be accepted.

Taxpayers will be alerted to special credits and deductions for which they are eligible. VITA offers free federal, state and local tax preparation online and by appointment only.
