Holds court and various offices located within the courthouse. -Self-help Center (1st floor): Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm and Tuesday and Wednesday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Provides information packets for commonly faced problems limited to civil court matters. Designed to be a step-by-step procedural outline to the legal process. Packets can be downloaded for free from the Court's website.
