Publishes a free handbook which provides the most up-to-date information concerning seniors available at time. Accepts responsibility for monitoring issues and changes in law that influence our county's seniors and reviews and updates this publication regularly as part of their ongoing contribution to public outreach.

Provides services related to estate planning and elder law. Specializes in asset protection, wills and trust planning, powers of attorney, elder law, Medicaid application and qualification, long-term care planning, probate and estate administration, Medicaid crisis planning, special needs and disability planning, veterans’ benefits, including aid and attendance qualification, charitable planning, and business succession in conjunction with estate planning.

Offers free legal help for low-income and vulnerable residents. Services may include bankruptcy, debt relief, consumer law, child custody and dependency issues, disaster legal aid, elder law, expungements, pardons, and record sealing. May also cover government benefits issues concerning Unemployment Compensation, SSI, SSDI, TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), SNAP (food stamps), Medical Assistance (Medicaid), and Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
