Lancaster Bar Association - Lancaster Bar Association

Provides the following services: - Lawyer Referral Service: A public service to connect individuals with the appropriate type of attorney to assist with their legal needs. Pay $50 for a referral and a 30-minute consultation. Anything beyond 30 minutes is between them and the attorney. Not a free or reduced-price service. - Publishes Lancaster County's weekly legal periodical, the Lancaster Law Review. - Judiciary Ratings: The Judiciary Committee's ratings of judicial candidates are the only non-partisan source for voters in Lancaster County, and its investigations are based on a broad range of objective qualifications for judicial services. - Accredited provider of continuing legal education for attorneys licensed to practice in Pennsylvania - Volunteer Attorney Program: Free legal services for income eligible persons. There is also the modest means program which offers legal services at a substantially reduced rate to clients who fall within the financial guidelines of the program.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving - Southeastern Pennsylvania Affiliate - Victim Advocacy

Provides victim Advocates who are trained and certified to assist DUI victims with the criminal justice proceedings and, in many cases, will accompany victims to court. Victim advocates are there for grief support and may provide a list of local professional counselors, civil attorneys, and clergy who are skilled at working with crash victims. MADD provides free, 24/7 support and resources for victims and survivors of impaired driving crashes
