There is also the modest means program which offers legal services at a substantially reduced rate to clients who fall within the financial guidelines of the program.

Operates a program called the Lawyer Referral Service. Lawyers who are members of the Bar Association join “panels” based on the areas of law which they practice. Most services available to persons ages 60 and over, except for the 55+ Job Bank, Job Bank Workshop and Senior Community Services Employment Program which begins at age 55 and older. Domiciliary Care, Long Term Care Assessments, Ombudsman and Caregiver Support Program available for persons 18 years and older.
