CIS serves more than 30,000 students through school-wide supports and over 1,400 students through one-on-one case-management in over 40 schools throughout Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties. Services include Integrated Student Supports, Community School coordination, Alternative Education support services, Outside-Of-School programming, and College and Career services. CIS works together with over 100 partner agencies, connecting students to the resources that they need to succeed inside and outside of the classroom.
Mainstay is a mobile program with qualified educators and counselors that provides social work services to school districts and students with specific needs who require additional support to better function within their schools, homes and communities. Mainstay provides individualized academic and therapeutic support services on a mobile basis to school age children,consisting of a phased process of interventions, addressing needs such as truancy, drop out prevention, emotional and behavioral difficulties, placement prevention, transition from placement and parent consultation and support. Services are for high school students and also any adults in the community at large interested in such things as reading help, tutoring or GED instruction.

Designed to assist school personnel in identifying issues including alcohol, tobacco, other drugs, and mental health issues that pose a barrier to a student's success. The primary goal of the SAP is to help students' overcome these barriers in order that they may achieve, remain in school, and advance.
Provides an alternative path to GED/High School diploma acquisition
Provides Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Truancy, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Preventive Services, Respite, Advocacy, Transitional Living, Community Service, OVR, PETS, Supported Employment.

Offers a a community-based, clinical day program for youth and young adults age 12 to 18. Provides a school credit recovery program, as well as vocational training. Programs are offered during the school-year as well as in the summer.

Summer School Programs
Works with children and families in all school districts who struggle with attendance issues. Truancy Interventions.
Provides each students with a laptop and wi-fi to log in to the Erie's Public School's Advanced Academics program where they can work at their own pace. Assists to complete the needed courses to graduate. On-the-water activities such as sailing, rowing and paddling along with navigation and safe boating complement the classroom activities.
