Sponsorship of up to 2 years of full time college or vocational training leading to a degree or certificate. Participants determine the school/training site program they are interested in from a list of approved training programs. Participants must apply for assistance such as PELL/PHEAA grants, if applicable.

A public high school specializing in career and technical education for students in grades 9-12. Those programs prepare students for success in college, the workplace and in life. All of the career and technical programs are aligned to both Pennsylvania State Standards and national industry certifications.

Achieva Employment Supports also include the Vault Art Studio that offers the opportunity for artists with disabilities to receive professional-level arts instruction, access to exhibition space, and career coaching.

Career lectures and presentation are taken in to particapting schools. Each lecture is designed for a designated age group. Career Lecture Series: One to two class periods where a diverse range of professionals (e.g., healthcare, trades, business, sciences, etc.) will visit area high schools and provide an in-depth discussion about their respective careers, the skills and/or educational pathways required to be successful and the potential opportunities for advancement. Intership offerings include: Dental Internship: The dental internship program has been modeled after NTIEC's long-standing hospital internship program, whereas students will participate for three hours a day, once a week for approximately five-seven weeks during the fall and spring semesters. This unique opportunity will provide students with an up front and close look at the various jobs available in dentistry. They will observe and shadow dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, lab technicians and the office staff. Intership designed for 10th to 12th grades. Serves income eligible individuals to enter or move up in the nursing and healthcare career pathways as a Direct Care Worker (DCW), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Front Office Specialist, Electronic Health Records Specialist, Medical Billing Specialist, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Sterile Processing Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Registered Nurse (RN).
