Offers students and adults a unique opportunity to learn job readiness skills with hands-on application from instructors who have an extensive background in the field. Provides the opportunity for students to apply what they have learned by going out into the field on a cooperative learning experience. Offer programs in multiple areas such as Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Transportation, and Veterinary Science. Programs are designed for those students who want to earn a degree or certificate, who plan to transfer to a higher education, or are lifelong learners and working professionals who want to update their skills.

Offers industry internships to students in participating school districts. Intership offerings include: Dental Internship: The dental internship program has been modeled after NTIEC's long-standing hospital internship program, whereas students will participate for three hours a day, once a week for approximately five-seven weeks during the fall and spring semesters. This unique opportunity will provide students with an up front and close look at the various jobs available in dentistry. They will observe and shadow dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, lab technicians and the office staff. Intership designed for 10th to 12th grades. Hospital Internship: Students visit area hospitals for two to three hours once a week for six-seven weeks during the fall or spring semester.
