Offers a mentoring program that promotes educational achievement; positive citizenship and leadership development; preparing for and maintaining employment; and support through guidance, counseling, and adult mentoring. Clients are exposed to high demand careers and go on several tours of successful businesses to learn about different careers. Clients are assisted in their college search, financial aid, and completing the FAFSA. SAT prep is offered and clients go on several college visits throughout their time in the program.

Offers a community-based supervision program customized to meet the unique needs of the client. Mainstay is a mobile program with qualified educators and counselors that provides social work services to school districts and students with specific needs who require additional support to better function within their schools, homes and communities. Mainstay provides individualized academic and therapeutic support services on a mobile basis to school age children,consisting of a phased process of interventions, addressing needs such as truancy, drop out prevention, emotional and behavioral difficulties, placement prevention, transition from placement and parent consultation and support. Services are for high school students and also any adults in the community at large interested in such things as reading help, tutoring or GED instruction.

Pennsylvania: A-C Valley, Farrell, Oil City, Punxsutawney, Redbank Valley, Sharon, and Union. Services such as academic advising, career exploration, assistance with college and financial aid applications, visits to post-secondary education institutions, and cultural and social opportunities are provided year round. The six-week residential Summer Academy offers participants an opportunity to experience college life in a safe environment while residing on campus in a university residence hall.
