CAP may be used to help the youth correct their truancy issues, be released from detention, avoid residential placement, transition back into their community after placement, or to hold them accountable for probation violations.

Offers a 24-week, earn-and-learn, pre-apprenticeship program in digital marketing for high school juniors and seniors. Pays a stipend of $12 per hour. Provides training in digital marketing skills featuring hands-on, creative learning; access to educational, career, and socioemotional counseling; one-on-one mentoring; a pathway to an industry-standard credential; and job or apprenticeship placement assistance or post-secondary program enrollment assistance for graduates of the program.

Pennsylvania: A-C Valley, Farrell, Oil City, Punxsutawney, Redbank Valley, Sharon, and Union. Services such as academic advising, career exploration, assistance with college and financial aid applications, visits to post-secondary education institutions, and cultural and social opportunities are provided year round. The six-week residential Summer Academy offers participants an opportunity to experience college life in a safe environment while residing on campus in a university residence hall.

Prepares low-income, first-generation college-bound students for a four-year degree by providing school counseling, tutoring, scholarship application assistance, college tours, workshops, and other events. Working collaboratively with Mercyhurst University, the program offers services at the students' home schools and on the campus of Mercyhurst University during the academic year and during a six-week summer session.
Serves students who are struggling with school attendance for any reason. Provides weekly case management, and individual and family therapy in the home to resolve any issues related to truancy.
