Focus on giving of themselves in both time and talent. Through annual fundraisers the organization supports many local non-profits. Meetings are held regularly. Provides employment and training support to individuals of Native American, Alaskan, and Hawaiian descent. Services include financial aid for education and job training programs, help with employment-related issues (resume writing, interview skills, etc.), vocational assessment, referral to other available programs, and direct job referrals/placements.
Provides annual scholarships to college students, and ongoing services such as books, meal plans, clothing, dorm items, transportation, and housing assistance. Offers programs for youth workforce development, youth and family mentoring, financial literacy, and computer literacy. Also serves as a direct resource for individuals with ALS.

Student Financial Aid
Provides and facilitates adult education and workforce training opportunities. Programs such as: GED or HiSET preparation classes; Adult Basic Education Classes; basic computer classes; workforce skill classes; and the opportunity to earn a college degree. Provides financial assistance for work-skills related classes for those with a financial need, and also makes available adult college scholarships. Hi-Ed also hosts Pennsylvania CareerLink services.

Provides grants to non-traditional students to further their education. Grant amounts depend on financial need and availability of funds.
Offers multiple scholarships and grants for students in need of financial assistance to attend post-secondary programs, including colleges, universities, and technical and trade schools.
Offers an education program for 9th grade students in the School District of Lancaster. Participants attend assigned workshops in middle school and throughout two years of high school. Upon completion of the program, they may be admitted to Millersville University. Any tuition, room, and board costs not covered by grants and scholarships will be provided by the program. After being admitted to the university, summer job opportunities, internships, and guaranteed job interviews are provided.
Assists in the successful transitions between high school and college and/or work by helping students gain the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed for their postsecondary success.

Serves income eligible individuals to enter or move up in the nursing and healthcare career pathways as a Direct Care Worker (DCW), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Front Office Specialist, Electronic Health Records Specialist, Medical Billing Specialist, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Sterile Processing Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Registered Nurse (RN). To be eligible for the WATCH Project, you must be a resident of Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, or Union county and have your high school diploma or GED.

Provides the opportunity for youth to participate in school sanctioned activities (athletics, band, and graduation) by providing assistance to help cover the cost of participating. Program would pay a set amount for equipment/necessary items used to participate in school events.
Assists individuals who have attended college but haven't earned a degree to return to finish their studies and graduate. Provides guidance on filling out and filing financial assistance forms, getting academic support, navigating work and family schedules, completing paperwork, improving study skills, and staying in school.
