Tutoring sessions may be held at any public location such as a library, church, community center, or recreation hall. Offers GED Prep classes in Elizabethtown and Columbia. Provides tutoring and mentoring, Albright College students as tutors, virtual or in-person, educational supports enhancing cognitive, social, emotional and content driven skill sets.

Provides degree programs, non-credit training, workshops, certification testing, tutoring and academic advisement coordinated with other institutions.

The afterschool program at The Salvation Army Chester Corps Community Center exists to provide a safe and productive place for children to spend after school hours. They will receive homework help and participate in a variety of character-building activities in education, arts, and recreation.

Provides a Children's Program Tuesday nights to help them with homework, reads a Bible story, and are given a warm meal. There is also tutoring Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights for referred children.
