Seeks to assess the current health status and identify health problems not identified or developed subsequent to the overseas medical exam. Ensures follow-up of those with conditions identified during the overseas medical exam. Povides referral and treatment.

Provides communicable disease and animal bite investigations, Tuberculosis treatment, HIV and STD testing, vaccinations, and health information and referrals.

Provides health education, information and referral services targeted at the Latino community. Offers prevention education on drug/alcohol abuse and tobacco use and provides HIV testing, hepatitis testing and screening for chronic conditions such as diabetes. Individuals requiring other medical services are provided with referrals. Benefits check-up services are available to older adults. Community health worker conducts street outreach and home based health education services.

Provides primary health care and dental services, including routine well-care with disease prevention screening, immunizations, women's health, non-emergent acute care, and continuity care management of chronic medical conditions.

Offers primary care such as preventive medical, eye and dental. Prescriptive assistance, education for the client and general population regarding the availability and proper use of health services, mental health referral services as necessary, drug and alcohol referrals services, housing referral s, assistance in obtaining health insurance and when needed socks and personal care items.

The Kline Health Center is located on the second floor of the Landis Building on the Polyclinic Campus. Services provided and conditions cared for include: General Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Diabetes/Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Foot and Ankle problems, Surgery, Hepatitis C, Adult REACCH Program, Sickle Cell.

Provides public health protection by permitting, licensing and inspecting eating and drinking establishments, camps and campgrounds, mobile home parks, swimming pools, on-lot sewage systems and individual wells. Operates clinics that provide immunizations, testing for childhood lead poisoning, HIV, sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and tuberculosis (TB), and treatment for STD and TB.

Provides health services for opioid use disorder, HIV and Hepatitis C. We offer virtual and in-person care at low or no cost, which makes medical services more convenient for underserved patients. Our mobile unit offers services in different areas of the city.
