Treatment services are subcontracted to other agencies.

Offers prevention education on drug/alcohol abuse and tobacco use and provides HIV testing, hepatitis testing and screening for chronic conditions such as diabetes. Individuals requiring other medical services are provided with referrals. Benefits check-up services are available to older adults. Community health worker conducts street outreach and home based health education services.

Provides primary health care and dental services, including routine well-care with disease prevention screening, immunizations, women's health, non-emergent acute care, and continuity care management of chronic medical conditions.
