Individuals requiring other medical services are provided with referrals. Benefits check-up services are available to older adults. Community health worker conducts street outreach and home based health education services.

Offers primary care, gender-affirming care including HRT, PrEP for HIV prevention, testing for and education about HIV, hepatitis C, and STIs , routine gynecological care, and mental and behavioral health services. Single County Authority (SCA) for substance abuse services in the two-county area. Responsible for the planning, funding, and coordination of local alcohol, gambling and other drug programs. Direct services provided by the Commission are Case Management, Prevention, Student Assistance Program services and trainings, Hepatitis C screenings and referrals. Treatment services are subcontracted to other agencies.
