Offers primary medical services for adults and children, including the following: Family Practice Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN Services, Adult and Pediatric Preventive Services, HIV Testing, Counseling and Medical Treatment Services, Medication-Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorder, Social Services Assistance, and Dental care.

Services include communicable disease reporting and investigation; epidemiology, informational and referral; chronic disease prevention and intervention; clinical services (including sexually-transmitted disease and tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment, immunization, and HIV testing, counseling and education); family health programs and environmental health services (including animal bites and rabies information).

Our Shout Outreach program is a prevention and recovery support program for those at risk of HIV and/or Hepatitis C in Erie County, PA. Shout/Outreach provides confidential HIV testing free of charge and works to educate community members on topics that include STDs and communicable diseases, safety and prevention, and emotional skill building.

Provides case management, education, harm reduction, and support programs for straight and LGBTQ+ youth of color. Also offers support groups, HIV and STI resources, safer sex and hygiene kits, PrEP referrals, mental health and substance use services, food and clothing services, and work and job readiness training.

Provides public health education, preventive nursing services, emergency preparedness, immunizations, communicable disease surveillance and investigation, HIV testing and counseling, community empowerment, and other nursing services as mandated by PA legislation. ASC is funded by grants from HRSA (Ryan White), and subcontracts for grant funds via AIDSNET. There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status. Provides comprehensive health services for women and anyone who self-identifies as transgender. Services include routine physicals and gynecological exams, hormone therapy, birth control, pregnancy testing, abortion services up to 23 weeks for women and trans men, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, HIV testing, permanent sterilization, individual and post abortion counseling.

Offers, screening for HIV as well as medical services for those living with HIV/AIDS. Currently offering in person services only by appointment. Telemedicine appointments are available.
