LGHP-CC is a Ryan White Federal grant site. - Four doctors on staff who specialize in HIV/AIDS and are board-certified Family Medicine Physicians.

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV testing and counseling, referrals to doctors, and case management. Risk reduction, partner notification, prevention education, PPD testing, Vaccines for HIV, positive clients, syphilis, CD4, and viral load testing.

Provides health services for opioid use disorder, HIV and Hepatitis C. We offer virtual and in-person care at low or no cost, which makes medical services more convenient for underserved patients. Our mobile unit offers services in different areas of the city.

We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status. Provides public health protection by permitting, licensing and inspecting eating and drinking establishments, camps and campgrounds, mobile home parks, swimming pools, on-lot sewage systems and individual wells. Operates clinics that provide immunizations, testing for childhood lead poisoning, HIV, sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and tuberculosis (TB), and treatment for STD and TB.

Offers comprehensive HIV/AIDS services to the general public and persons most at risk for HIV/AIDS. Services include medical case management, educational and preventative presentations, free anonymous or confidential HIV testing with pre- and post-test counseling, and housing programs for persons with HIV/AIDS.

Provides comprehensive health services for women and anyone who self-identifies as transgender. Services include routine physicals and gynecological exams, hormone therapy, birth control, pregnancy testing, abortion services up to 23 weeks for women and trans men, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, HIV testing, permanent sterilization, individual and post abortion counseling.
