Provides birth control information and supplies, gynecological care, scheduled pregnancy testing, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections for men and women, HIV and hepatitis testing and treatment, emergency contraception, and breast and cervical cancer screenings, as well as health screenings for employment and driver's license purposes.

Provides public health education, preventive nursing services, emergency preparedness, immunizations, communicable disease surveillance and investigation, HIV testing and counseling, community empowerment, and other nursing services as mandated by PA legislation. STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.

Purpose of services is to reduce unplanned pregnancies by supporting women's choice to space their children or to remain childless, and to provide comprehensive gynecologic medical services. Our Shout Outreach program is a prevention and recovery support program for those at risk of HIV and/or Hepatitis C in Erie County, PA.
