Provides clinic with confidential and anonymous testing and counseling for HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), pregnancy, and Hepatitis C. Also provides primary care, family planning services, general health screenings, and at-home HIV testing kits.

STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.

Provides immunizations, STD/HIV testing, pregnancy testing, access to breast/prostate cancer screenings, monitoring of chronic diseases, and Tuberculosis testing when available. Lead screenings provided in certain situations, not by the clinic.

Offers testing for HIV, hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infections. Provides referrals for substance use disorder treatment, medical care, and mental health providers.

LGHP-CC is a Ryan White Federal grant site. - Four doctors on staff who specialize in HIV/AIDS and are board-certified Family Medicine Physicians.

Nurse practitioner and Community Health Nurses provide services on STD clinic day. The STD Clinic is available on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and the TB Clinic operates on the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Immunizations are free by appointment only on Wednesdays, from 8:30am to 10:45am and 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and are available to individuals with no insurance or underinsurance. Additional services include family and professional education, general health information and referrals, case management and counseling for children with elevated blood lead levels, health promotion and teaching for groups, PKU, perinatal and hepatitis B case management, investigation of communicable diseases, and follow-up for animal bites and rabies.

- HIV/AIDS Clinic offers HIV/AIDS related counseling, case management, outreach services, free and confidential HIV testing to area residents. Counseling is provided before and after the test. The objective of this program is to provide education and prevention to the community, pre and post test counseling. Coffee chats, and a weekly radio program on WLCH 91.3.
