Health centers are the implementation sites for the Department of Health's public health programs. Services include communicable disease reporting and investigation; epidemiology, informational and referral; chronic disease prevention and intervention; clinical services (including sexually-transmitted disease and tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment, immunization, and HIV testing, counseling and education); family health programs and environmental health services (including animal bites and rabies information).

Provides AIDS/HIV Care and treatment, Primary Care, Case Management, Dental, Substance Abuse referrals and adherance, and Nutritional services. Offers free confidential HIV testing and counseling and HIV education and risk reduction for groups.

ASC is funded by grants from HRSA (Ryan White), and subcontracts for grant funds via AIDSNET. There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status. - HIV/AIDS Clinic offers HIV/AIDS related counseling, case management, outreach services, free and confidential HIV testing to area residents. Counseling is provided before and after the test.
