Our Shout Outreach program is a prevention and recovery support program for those at risk of HIV and/or Hepatitis C in Erie County, PA. Shout/Outreach provides confidential HIV testing free of charge and works to educate community members on topics that include STDs and communicable diseases, safety and prevention, and emotional skill building.
Offers case management, virtual therapy, HIV/STI testing, access to PrEP, food and hygiene pantries, desktop computers, gender-neutral restrooms, a shower, kitchenette, and lounge area for gaming, and movies. Offers weekly programs and groups from vogue sessions, karaoke to a runners club, and general support.
