ASC is funded by grants from HRSA (Ryan White), and subcontracts for grant funds via AIDSNET. There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status. Services include physical exams; tests for STDs (including HIV); counseling about safe sex, abstinence, and contraceptives; contraceptive methods at no cost to patients; and pregnancy testing.

Provides primary medical care/family medicine, mental health counseling services, psychiatric services, HIV support services and prevention programming, std screening and treatment, HIV testing, health and wellness programs, activities and workshops, family planning services, and cervical, breast, and chest screenings.

Services include communicable disease reporting and investigation; epidemiology, informational and referral; chronic disease prevention and intervention; clinical services (including sexually-transmitted disease and tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment, immunization, and HIV testing, counseling and education); family health programs and environmental health services (including animal bites and rabies information).

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV testing and counseling, referrals to doctors, and case management. Risk reduction, partner notification, prevention education, PPD testing, Vaccines for HIV, positive clients, syphilis, CD4, and viral load testing.
