Purpose of services is to reduce unplanned pregnancies by supporting women's choice to space their children or to remain childless, and to provide comprehensive gynecologic medical services. Services include physical exams; tests for STDs (including HIV); counseling about safe sex, abstinence, and contraceptives; contraceptive methods at no cost to patients; and pregnancy testing.

Offers services that include Primary HIV medical care, Pharmaceutical counseling, Nutritional services, Medical case management, Nurse care management, HIV outreach and education, Safe sex supplies, Dental care, Behavioral health care, Therapy groups, Assistance with prescription drugs, Referrals for drug/alcohol treatment, Assistance with applying for disability benefits, and Financial assistance for eligible clients. Assists in obtaining the following: Nutritional supplements, Food/delivery of food, Transportation, Affordable handicap accessible housing, Clothing/household supplies, Nursing care/IV drug treatment at home, Help at home with housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, bathing and dressing, Medical supplies, (hospital bed, wheelchair, etc.), Hospice care, Legal assistance, and Clinical drug trials.

STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.

Provides medical case management services to persons living with HIV/AIDS and persons at-risk for the disease, including food and nutrition assistance, transportation assistance, psychosocial and mental health resources, dental assistance, and housing assistance (HOPWA). ASC is funded by grants from HRSA (Ryan White), and subcontracts for grant funds via AIDSNET. There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status.
