There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status. To provide public health education, preventive nursing services, emergency preparedness, immunizations, communicable disease surveillance and investigation, HIV testing & counseling, community empowerment, and other nursing services as mandated by PA legislation. Offers short term transitional housing and overnight shelter as well as a variety of day services to adult males who are experiencing homelessness. Offers case management, mental heath referrals and a Coffee House program for short term overnight stay.

Our Shout Outreach program is a prevention and recovery support program for those at risk of HIV and/or Hepatitis C in Erie County, PA. Shout/Outreach provides confidential HIV testing free of charge and works to educate community members on topics that include STDs and communicable diseases, safety and prevention, and emotional skill building.

Purpose of services is to reduce unplanned pregnancies by supporting women's choice to space their children or to remain childless, and to provide comprehensive gynecologic medical services. Services include physical exams; tests for STDs (including HIV); counseling about safe sex, abstinence, and contraceptives; contraceptive methods at no cost to patients; and pregnancy testing.
