Our Shout Outreach program is a prevention and recovery support program for those at risk of HIV and/or Hepatitis C in Erie County, PA. Services include communicable disease reporting and investigation; epidemiology, informational and referral; chronic disease prevention and intervention; clinical services (including sexually-transmitted disease and tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment, immunization, and HIV testing, counseling and education); family health programs and environmental health services (including animal bites and rabies information).
