Offers comprehensive HIV/AIDS services to the general public and persons most at risk for HIV/AIDS. Services include medical case management, educational and preventative presentations, free anonymous or confidential HIV testing with pre- and post-test counseling, and housing programs for persons with HIV/AIDS.

Purpose of services is to reduce unplanned pregnancies by supporting women's choice to space their children or to remain childless, and to provide comprehensive gynecologic medical services. Provides comprehensive primary health care services including chest and cervical care, sexual health services, management of chronic health issues, HIV care, PrEP and PEP, Hepatitis C treatment, behavioral health consultations, gender affirming care that includes hormone therapy, and full pharmacy services.

Engages in community health assessment and quality assurance activities and provides other public health services, including community integration and outreach programs, to promote healthy behaviors. Program support services include communicable disease reporting and investigation, epidemiology, informational and referral, chronic disease prevention and intervention programs, communicable disease clinical services including sexually transmitted disease and tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment, immunization, HIV counseling/testing, counseling and education, and family health programs, along with environmental health services.

Offers a wide range of programs and services designed to provide youth with support and skills. Provides counseling, after school programs for youth, education, and social programming.

The Kline Health Center is located on the second floor of the Landis Building on the Polyclinic Campus.
