Offers primary medical services for adults and children, including the following: Family Practice Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN Services, Adult and Pediatric Preventive Services, HIV Testing, Counseling and Medical Treatment Services, Medication-Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorder, Social Services Assistance, and Dental care.

Provides AIDS/HIV testing and counseling.

Provides public health protection by permitting, licensing and inspecting eating and drinking establishments, camps and campgrounds, mobile home parks, swimming pools, on-lot sewage systems and individual wells. Operates clinics that provide immunizations, testing for childhood lead poisoning, HIV, sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and tuberculosis (TB), and treatment for STD and TB.

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV testing and counseling, referrals to doctors, and case management. Risk reduction, partner notification, prevention education, PPD testing, Vaccines for HIV, positive clients, syphilis, CD4, and viral load testing.

Promotes healthy lifestyles, prevent injury and disease, and to assure the safe delivery of quality healthcare for all Commonwealth citizens. Assists in obtaining the following: Nutritional supplements, Food/delivery of food, Transportation, Affordable handicap accessible housing, Clothing/household supplies, Nursing care/IV drug treatment at home, Help at home with housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, bathing and dressing, Medical supplies, (hospital bed, wheelchair, etc.), Hospice care, Legal assistance, and Clinical drug trials.

Provides case management, education, harm reduction, and support programs for straight and LGBTQ+ youth of color. Also offers support groups, HIV and STI resources, safer sex and hygiene kits, PrEP referrals, mental health and substance use services, food and clothing services, and work and job readiness training.

Provides pregnancy and sexual health services.

Provides comprehensive health services for women and anyone who self-identifies as transgender. Services include routine physicals and gynecological exams, hormone therapy, birth control, pregnancy testing, abortion services up to 23 weeks for women and trans men, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, HIV testing, permanent sterilization, individual and post abortion counseling.

Offers clinics that include: A) In-person STI and HCV screenings and testing B) HIV testing and treatment C) Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Services (PrEP) D) Case Management Services E) Sexual Health Services F) Condom Distribution The HIV Medical Case Management department can also provide services via phone, e-mail, text, and telemedicine equipment for those in need.

STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.

Services include physical exams; tests for STDs (including HIV); counseling about safe sex, abstinence, and contraceptives; contraceptive methods at no cost to patients; and pregnancy testing.

Provides clinic with confidential and anonymous testing and counseling for HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), pregnancy, and Hepatitis C. Also provides primary care, family planning services, general health screenings, and at-home HIV testing kits.
