Purpose of services is to reduce unplanned pregnancies by supporting women's choice to space their children or to remain childless, and to provide comprehensive gynecologic medical services. Services include physical exams; tests for STDs (including HIV); counseling about safe sex, abstinence, and contraceptives; contraceptive methods at no cost to patients; and pregnancy testing.

The Kline Health Center is located on the second floor of the Landis Building on the Polyclinic Campus. Services provided and conditions cared for include: General Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Diabetes/Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Foot and Ankle problems, Surgery, Hepatitis C, Adult REACCH Program, Sickle Cell.

Offers the following services: - Immunizations (all ages), offered by appointment Thursday, 9:00-11:30am & 1:00-2:30 pm. Immunization record must be brought along. Immunizations for measles, rubella, and mumps can be given between ages 12-15 months, others usually 2 months. The following immunizations are offered: DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) IPV (Inactivated Polio Vaccine) Prevnar (Pneumocial vaccine for infants) MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) Hepatitis B-Hepatitis A Gardasil (Vaccine used to prevent cervical cancer and precancerous cervical lesions) HIB (hemophilus influenza) DT Booster or TD (for older children) Varicella (chickenpox) TDYS - Tuberculosis Clinics provide confidential diagnosis, treatment (including medication), and follow-up. (Will do a free testing for persons who have been exposed to the germ). TB clinic by appointment - HIV/AIDS antibody testing and pre- and post-test counseling. Free, confidential, and anonymous.

Services include routine physicals and gynecological exams, hormone therapy, birth control, pregnancy testing, abortion services up to 23 weeks for women and trans men, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, HIV testing, permanent sterilization, individual and post abortion counseling.

Current Services: - Free HIV Rapid Testing (Oral mouth swab with results in 20 minutes) is provided without an appointment Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm-4:00pm, Friday, 9:00am to 11:00am - Education information on labs and medications related to the treatment of HIV/AIDS - Primary Medical Services - Referrals for Mental Health - Referrals for Drug and Alcohol Counseling - Nutritional Counseling - Social Work Case Management - Meets the collective needs for persons with HIV/AIDS. LGHP-CC is a Ryan White Federal grant site. - Four doctors on staff who specialize in HIV/AIDS and are board-certified Family Medicine Physicians.

Provides sexual and reproductive health care and preventive services to patients of all identities, including: cervical cancer screening and treatment, contraceptive services and low cost or free birth control supplies, pregnancy testing, gender-affirming care, counseling and referral services, STI testing and treatment, and more.

STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.

ASC is funded by grants from HRSA (Ryan White), and subcontracts for grant funds via AIDSNET. There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status.
