Assists in obtaining the following: Nutritional supplements, Food/delivery of food, Transportation, Affordable handicap accessible housing, Clothing/household supplies, Nursing care/IV drug treatment at home, Help at home with housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, bathing and dressing, Medical supplies, (hospital bed, wheelchair, etc.), Hospice care, Legal assistance, and Clinical drug trials.

Nurse practitioner and Community Health Nurses provide services on STD clinic day. The STD Clinic is available on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and the TB Clinic operates on the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Immunizations are free by appointment only on Wednesdays, from 8:30am to 10:45am and 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and are available to individuals with no insurance or underinsurance. Additional services include family and professional education, general health information and referrals, case management and counseling for children with elevated blood lead levels, health promotion and teaching for groups, PKU, perinatal and hepatitis B case management, investigation of communicable diseases, and follow-up for animal bites and rabies.

STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.

Offers support to promote family stability in coping with the unique challenges of living with HIV/AIDS. Educates the community to prevent the transmission of HIV and to reduce the stigma associated with HIV and AIDS.
