Provides free testing for HIV, Chlamydia, Hepatitis and Gonorrhea. Offers free home-based HIV testing kits.

Provides immunizations, COVID-19 vaccinations, Tuberculosis testing and treatment, STD and HIV testing, family education, blood testing, technical support for school nurses, and educational presentations on various health topics. Also offers referrals to other state and local resources depending on need.

Offers support to promote family stability in coping with the unique challenges of living with HIV/AIDS. Educates the community to prevent the transmission of HIV and to reduce the stigma associated with HIV and AIDS.
