Provides adult and child immunizations, HIV/AIDS referrals, and health resources.

Provides clinic with confidential and anonymous testing and counseling for HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), pregnancy, and Hepatitis C. Also provides primary care, family planning services, general health screenings, and at-home HIV testing kits.

LGHP-CC is a Ryan White Federal grant site. - Four doctors on staff who specialize in HIV/AIDS and are board-certified Family Medicine Physicians.

Engages in community health assessment and quality assurance activities and provides other public health services, including community integration and outreach programs, to promote healthy behaviors. Provides health services for opioid use disorder, HIV and Hepatitis C. We offer virtual and in-person care at low or no cost, which makes medical services more convenient for underserved patients. Our mobile unit offers services in different areas of the city.
