Offers the following services: - Immunizations (all ages), offered by appointment Thursday, 9:00-11:30am & 1:00-2:30 pm. Immunization record must be brought along. Immunizations for measles, rubella, and mumps can be given between ages 12-15 months, others usually 2 months. The following immunizations are offered: DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) IPV (Inactivated Polio Vaccine) Prevnar (Pneumocial vaccine for infants) MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) Hepatitis B-Hepatitis A Gardasil (Vaccine used to prevent cervical cancer and precancerous cervical lesions) HIB (hemophilus influenza) DT Booster or TD (for older children) Varicella (chickenpox) TDYS - Tuberculosis Clinics provide confidential diagnosis, treatment (including medication), and follow-up. (Will do a free testing for persons who have been exposed to the germ). TB clinic by appointment - HIV/AIDS antibody testing and pre- and post-test counseling. Free, confidential, and anonymous.

ASC is funded by grants from HRSA (Ryan White), and subcontracts for grant funds via AIDSNET. There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status. Provides rapid HIV testing and Linkage to Care (TALC), with results in as little as 3 minutes. Also helps persons identify their risk factors for contracting HIV and developing a safety plan.

STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.
