Offers lead poisoning screenings.
Performs blood lead screening tests on children age six and under, focusing on children with the highest risk of being lead poisoned. Offers referral for diagnostic services and medical treatment, investigation of lead hazards in the homes of lead-poisoned children, technical assistance to property owners and local health officials regarding the remediation of lead-based paint hazards, and community, professional, and parent education regarding lead poisoning.
Provides free educational outreach presentations, one-on-one education in the home, screening, medical management, environmental investigations and hazard reduction.

Engages in community health assessment and quality assurance activities and provides other public health services, including community integration and outreach programs, to promote healthy behaviors. Program support services include communicable disease reporting and investigation, epidemiology, informational and referral, chronic disease prevention and intervention programs, communicable disease clinical services including sexually transmitted disease and tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment, immunization, HIV counseling/testing, counseling and education, and family health programs, along with environmental health services.

Nurse practitioner and Community Health Nurses provide services on STD clinic day. The STD Clinic is available on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and the TB Clinic operates on the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Immunizations are free by appointment only on Wednesdays, from 8:30am to 10:45am and 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and are available to individuals with no insurance or underinsurance. Additional services include family and professional education, general health information and referrals, case management and counseling for children with elevated blood lead levels, health promotion and teaching for groups, PKU, perinatal and hepatitis B case management, investigation of communicable diseases, and follow-up for animal bites and rabies.

Offers the following services: - Immunizations (all ages), offered by appointment Thursday, 9:00-11:30am & 1:00-2:30 pm. Immunization record must be brought along. Immunizations for measles, rubella, and mumps can be given between ages 12-15 months, others usually 2 months. The following immunizations are offered: DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) IPV (Inactivated Polio Vaccine) Prevnar (Pneumocial vaccine for infants) MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) Hepatitis B-Hepatitis A Gardasil (Vaccine used to prevent cervical cancer and precancerous cervical lesions) HIB (hemophilus influenza) DT Booster or TD (for older children) Varicella (chickenpox) TDYS - Tuberculosis Clinics provide confidential diagnosis, treatment (including medication), and follow-up.
