Helps patients live healthy, balanced lives. Provides counseling services and resources to guide patientsâ lifestyle decisions and offer additional specialized support such as nutrition and diabetes education programs.

Provides a variety of wellness services including case management, mental health evaluation, primary medical and dental care, behavioral health care, counseling, wellness and fitness classes, legal clinics, emergency food pantry, and hospitality showers.

Provides a Heart health program, ran by in-house RN, aims to help increase physical health and well-being through practical exercise, nutrition and lifestyle management support. Under the guidance of the nurse and a team of trainers, this program includes regular physical activity sessions tailored to your needs and fitness level.

Provides cultural programs, special events, holocaust education, health and wellness programs, a food pantry, aquatics programs, Jewish and non-Jewish adult enrichment programs, childhood education and development, preschool, childcare, before and after school care, and summer camps. Offers a year-long community-based lifestyle improvement program for adults with pre-diabetes. Helps participants decrease body weight and increase physical activity, decreasing the risk of the onset of diabetes.
