Women's Health Services meet the complete spectrum of women's health and include traditional medical and surgical approaches. The latest advances in gynecologic care is offered, covering everything from routine attention to minimally invasive and robotic surgeries to gynecologic-oncology. The obstetric program encompasses Maternal Fetal Medicine as well as Reproductive Endocrinology. The program includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) available for newborns that need specialized care and a robust inpatient pediatric program to care for children up to age 18. Works with community members and partner agencies to provide the knowledge, tools, and resources that community members need to thrive. Staff provide crisis support, advocacy efforts, resource connection, and wellness workshops. Also hosts on-site therapists and a licensed social worker for students and families who may need those services.

Provides a variety of wellness services including case management, mental health evaluation, primary medical and dental care, behavioral health care, counseling, wellness and fitness classes, legal clinics, emergency food pantry, and hospitality showers.

Provides nutrition counseling and education from Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionists (LDNs), who draw on their experience to develop individualized plans that translate nutritional science into practical guidance for healthy living for individuals of all ages. Supports healthy weight management, improved eating habits, and reduced risk of chronic illness. Creates a specialized nutrition plan to help individuals better manage conditions such as diabetes and pre-diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, cancer, celiac disease, eating disorders, food allergies, pregnancy (including gestational diabetes), child and adolescent nutrition, and vegetarian diets.

Offers a variety of in-person and virtual activities to promote lifelong learning and wellness as well as a daily grab and go lunch.

This site of the YMCA is located on the grounds of the VA Medical Center. Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center featuring life fitness and nautilus equipment, warm water exercise pool, free water fitness classes, swim lessons, post-rehab wellness program, personal training, pool rentals, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, and a swimming pool. Adult programs include pickleball, badminton, and fencing.

Provides programs and advocacy related to heart health. Services include Heart Walk, CPR training, stroke assessments, blood pressure screenings, Go Red for Women, Start and Heartpower, educational services, speakers, and materials.

Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center, 3 group fitness studios including a cycling studio, group fitness classes including kids fitness classes, over 80 group fitness classes for all levels, kids corner babysitting while you exercise, water fitness classes, swim lessons, camp, sports, indoor pool, personal training, indoor track, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, two gymnasiums, healthy habits seminars, and wi-fi throughout facility.
