Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center, 3 group fitness studios including a cycling studio, group fitness classes including kids fitness classes, over 80 group fitness classes for all levels, kids corner babysitting while you exercise, water fitness classes, swim lessons, camp, sports, indoor pool, personal training, indoor track, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, two gymnasiums, healthy habits seminars, and wi-fi throughout facility.

Offers a year-long community-based lifestyle improvement program for adults with pre-diabetes. Helps participants decrease body weight and increase physical activity, decreasing the risk of the onset of diabetes.

Provides disease prevention and health promotion services at senior centers or other community sites. Prevention programs include: "Live Your Best Life" a free, evidence-based, chronic disease self-management program and "Live Your Best Life with Diabetes" is a free diabetes self-management program. Also, certified instructors present a free, evidence-based program on fall prevention. Medication reviews with a registered pharmacist from Evangelical Community Hospital are offered annually at each senior center and free blood pressure screenings are offered by licensed nurses at each senior center.

Focuses on health promotion and disease prevention activities for older Pennsylvanians. Promotes optimum health and well being with a special focus on exercise, nutrition, chronic conditions, incontinence, mental health, injury prevention, medication management and alcoholism.

Women's Health Services meet the complete spectrum of women's health and include traditional medical and surgical approaches. The latest advances in gynecologic care is offered, covering everything from routine attention to minimally invasive and robotic surgeries to gynecologic-oncology. The obstetric program encompasses Maternal Fetal Medicine as well as Reproductive Endocrinology. The program includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) available for newborns that need specialized care and a robust inpatient pediatric program to care for children up to age 18. Hosts workshops and information sessions around the topics of parenting, child development, in-school advocacy, financial management, skill building, and resource sharing. Works with community members and partner agencies to provide the knowledge, tools, and resources that community members need to thrive. Staff provide crisis support, advocacy efforts, resource connection, and wellness workshops. Also hosts on-site therapists and a licensed social worker for students and families who may need those services.

Provides wellness for daily living, intake and assessment screening, counseling regarding symptoms of disease and develop nutrition and dietary regimens and mental health counseling.
