Assists people reduce their risk for developing type 2 diabetes. A small-group program helps people with prediabetes eat healthier, increase their physical activity, and lose weight, which can delay or even prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes.

Provides programming to address health disparities affecting North Philadelphia. Focus areas include access to healthy food options, juvenile diabetes, literacy, mental health support, vocational training, quality of care, harm reduction, mentoring, and recovery/wellness/healing.

Offers an open Gym, Fitness area, Weight room, Exercise Room, Steam room and Sauna, and Locker rooms. Personal Trainers available. Fitness Classes include Senior Fit, Chair Tai Chi, Parkinson's Exercise, Zumba, Yoga, Cardio Rounds, Drum Ball, Dance, Silver Sneakers and more, Pickleball, and Basketball.

Provides disease prevention and health promotion services at senior centers or other community sites. Prevention programs include: "Live Your Best Life" a free, evidence-based, chronic disease self-management program and "Live Your Best Life with Diabetes" is a free diabetes self-management program. Also, certified instructors present a free, evidence-based program on fall prevention. Medication reviews with a registered pharmacist from Evangelical Community Hospital are offered annually at each senior center and free blood pressure screenings are offered by licensed nurses at each senior center.
