Hosts workshops and information sessions around the topics of parenting, child development, in-school advocacy, financial management, skill building, and resource sharing. Works with community members and partner agencies to provide the knowledge, tools, and resources that community members need to thrive. Staff provide crisis support, advocacy efforts, resource connection, and wellness workshops. Also hosts on-site therapists and a licensed social worker for students and families who may need those services.

Supports healthy weight management, improved eating habits, and reduced risk of chronic illness. Creates a specialized nutrition plan to help individuals better manage conditions such as diabetes and pre-diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, cancer, celiac disease, eating disorders, food allergies, pregnancy (including gestational diabetes), child and adolescent nutrition, and vegetarian diets.

Creates an environment that fosters the growth and development of youth using assets within the community, schools, families and peer groups to prevent problem and risky behaviors.

Offers a variety of in-person and virtual activities to promote lifelong learning and wellness as well as a daily grab and go lunch.

Women's Health Services meet the complete spectrum of women's health and include traditional medical and surgical approaches. The latest advances in gynecologic care is offered, covering everything from routine attention to minimally invasive and robotic surgeries to gynecologic-oncology. The obstetric program encompasses Maternal Fetal Medicine as well as Reproductive Endocrinology. The program includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) available for newborns that need specialized care and a robust inpatient pediatric program to care for children up to age 18. Offers preventive health education programs on-site, via webcast, and through online learning. Health educators present preventive health programs to both children and adults covering subjects such as nutrition and fitness, substance abuse, bullying prevention, and mental health.

Sponsors USDA meal programs for children in schools, child care centers, afterschool programs, shelters, institutions and at sites during the summer. Also supports a network of food cupboards and outreach programs with food and resources.
