Provides a Heart health program, ran by in-house RN, aims to help increase physical health and well-being through practical exercise, nutrition and lifestyle management support. Under the guidance of the nurse and a team of trainers, this program includes regular physical activity sessions tailored to your needs and fitness level.

Hosts workshops and information sessions around the topics of parenting, child development, in-school advocacy, financial management, skill building, and resource sharing. Works with community members and partner agencies to provide the knowledge, tools, and resources that community members need to thrive. Staff provide crisis support, advocacy efforts, resource connection, and wellness workshops. Also hosts on-site therapists and a licensed social worker for students and families who may need those services.

Provides one hot, and one cold meal, Monday through Friday, to home bound seniors.

The latest advances in gynecologic care is offered, covering everything from routine attention to minimally invasive and robotic surgeries to gynecologic-oncology. The obstetric program encompasses Maternal Fetal Medicine as well as Reproductive Endocrinology. The program includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) available for newborns that need specialized care and a robust inpatient pediatric program to care for children up to age 18.
