Prevention programs include: "Live Your Best Life" a free, evidence-based, chronic disease self-management program and "Live Your Best Life with Diabetes" is a free diabetes self-management program. Also, certified instructors present a free, evidence-based program on fall prevention. Medication reviews with a registered pharmacist from Evangelical Community Hospital are offered annually at each senior center and free blood pressure screenings are offered by licensed nurses at each senior center.

Senior centers provide health screenings, as well as classes and workshops related to fall prevention, exercise, nutrition, and chronic disease self-management

Wellness Center offers community health education programs including nutrition and weight management, diabetes, CPR and first aid, tobacco cessation, senior exercise programs, and community health outreach.

Hosts workshops and information sessions around the topics of parenting, child development, in-school advocacy, financial management, skill building, and resource sharing. Works with community members and partner agencies to provide the knowledge, tools, and resources that community members need to thrive. Staff provide crisis support, advocacy efforts, resource connection, and wellness workshops. Also hosts on-site therapists and a licensed social worker for students and families who may need those services.

Offers youth and adult wellness, athletic, and aquatic programs. Transportation can be provided for certain programs. Provides school-age child care, a day camp, youth sporting programs, and a swim team. There are three branches in York County associated with this organization.

Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center, 3 group fitness studios including a cycling studio, group fitness classes including kids fitness classes, over 80 group fitness classes for all levels, kids corner babysitting while you exercise, water fitness classes, swim lessons, camp, sports, indoor pool, personal training, indoor track, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, two gymnasiums, healthy habits seminars, and wi-fi throughout facility.

The staff will help you identify areas of need through an assessment period and will help you set, achieve, and maintain a goal. Staff will provide ongoing knowledge and awareness, support and skills training; but you are the one in control of your own recovery journey.
