Women's Health Services meet the complete spectrum of women's health and include traditional medical and surgical approaches. The obstetric program encompasses Maternal Fetal Medicine as well as Reproductive Endocrinology. The program includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) available for newborns that need specialized care and a robust inpatient pediatric program to care for children up to age 18. Sponsors USDA meal programs for children in schools, child care centers, afterschool programs, shelters, institutions and at sites during the summer. Also supports a network of food cupboards and outreach programs with food and resources.

Offers a year-long community-based lifestyle improvement program for adults with pre-diabetes. Helps participants decrease body weight and increase physical activity, decreasing the risk of the onset of diabetes. The program is structured into 16 weekly sessions, 2 every-other-week sessions, followed by 6 monthly sessions. Includes a 6-month adult YMCA membership.

Provides programs and advocacy related to heart health. Services include Heart Walk, CPR training, stroke assessments, blood pressure screenings, Go Red for Women, Start and Heartpower, educational services, speakers, and materials.

This site of the YMCA is located on the grounds of the VA Medical Center. Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center featuring life fitness and nautilus equipment, warm water exercise pool, free water fitness classes, swim lessons, post-rehab wellness program, personal training, pool rentals, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, and a swimming pool. Adult programs include pickleball, badminton, and fencing.

Prevention programs include: "Live Your Best Life" a free, evidence-based, chronic disease self-management program and "Live Your Best Life with Diabetes" is a free diabetes self-management program. Also, certified instructors present a free, evidence-based program on fall prevention. Medication reviews with a registered pharmacist from Evangelical Community Hospital are offered annually at each senior center and free blood pressure screenings are offered by licensed nurses at each senior center.
