Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center, 3 group fitness studios including a cycling studio, group fitness classes including kids fitness classes, over 80 group fitness classes for all levels, kids corner babysitting while you exercise, water fitness classes, swim lessons, camp, sports, indoor pool, personal training, indoor track, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, two gymnasiums, healthy habits seminars, and wi-fi throughout facility.

Prevents youth violence, delinquency and drug use, and promotes positive youth development and strong families.

Sponsors USDA meal programs for children in schools, child care centers, afterschool programs, shelters, institutions and at sites during the summer. Also supports a network of food cupboards and outreach programs with food and resources.

Offers youth and adult wellness, athletic, and aquatic programs. Transportation can be provided for certain programs. Provides school-age child care, a day camp, youth sporting programs, and a swim team. There are three branches in York County associated with this organization.

Offers a variety of activities to promote lifelong learning and wellness as well as daily grab and go lunches Monday through Friday. The activities are designed to enhance personal, holistic wellness such as fitness classes and walking clubs, art classes, health presentations, and psychoeducational workshops.

Women's Health Services meet the complete spectrum of women's health and include traditional medical and surgical approaches. The latest advances in gynecologic care is offered, covering everything from routine attention to minimally invasive and robotic surgeries to gynecologic-oncology. The obstetric program encompasses Maternal Fetal Medicine as well as Reproductive Endocrinology. The program includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) available for newborns that need specialized care and a robust inpatient pediatric program to care for children up to age 18. This site of the YMCA is located on the grounds of the VA Medical Center. Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center featuring life fitness and nautilus equipment, warm water exercise pool, free water fitness classes, swim lessons, post-rehab wellness program, personal training, pool rentals, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, and a swimming pool. Adult programs include pickleball, badminton, and fencing.

Offers physical fitness, health education, aquatics and child care programs.

Hosts workshops and information sessions around the topics of parenting, child development, in-school advocacy, financial management, skill building, and resource sharing. Works with community members and partner agencies to provide the knowledge, tools, and resources that community members need to thrive. Also hosts on-site therapists and a licensed social worker for students and families who may need those services.

The mission of YWCA York's Fitness and Aquatic departments is to improve the quality of life for people of all ages through physical fitness and health education. Programs aim to prevent health problems in adults and develop healthy habits in youth. Our programs strengthen bodies and build self-esteem and confidence. Young people learn the value of teamwork and the importance of safety while developing skills that will last a lifetime. YWCA York offers over 40 health, wellness and educational programs for all members of the family. Facilities include a pool, yoga and wellness studio, and free parking. All classes are available for both men and women.
