Maintains information about malpractice liability suits. Pays claims against participating health care providers and eligible entities for losses or damages.

Support Services and Consumer Resources offers assistance on a variety of legal, financial and health services. Age eligibility may apply. Administers the laws of the Commonwealth as they pertain to the regulations of the insurance industry and the protection of the insurance consumer. Provides information and handles complaints about insurance companies.

Provides support and services to enable older adults to continue to live in their homes and communities. Services may include Care Management, Assessment, Protective Services, Information and Assistance, PA MEDI (Insurance Counseling), Health and Wellness Programs, adult day services, in home meals, personal emergency response system, personal care, transportation, and caregiver support. The agency also has 5 Senior Centers throughout the County in which participants can enjoy a Congregate Meal and Programming.

Provides assistance in understanding, applying for, and enrolling in health coverage, as well as troubleshooting any problems.

Offers primary care such as preventive medical, eye and dental. Prescriptive assistance, education for the client and general population regarding the availability and proper use of health services, mental health referral services as necessary, drug and alcohol referrals services, housing referral s, assistance in obtaining health insurance and when needed socks and personal care items.

Helps beneficiaries understand and enroll in their Medicare and other health insurance benefits, including the Medicare prescription benefit; files appeals, assists with billing/claim issues, and helps with applying for eligibility assistance program that may help lower Medicare costs. Volunteer training provided.

Provides a medicare counseling program designed to help older adults.

Healthcare physician and service referral line to assist in locating physician or services within the WellSpan Health system to meet caller's needs.

Provides supportive services for individuals with cystic fibrosis and their families. Funds research and drug development, offers care and support, hosts events throughout the year, and provides information and referral services.

Offers adult primary care, pediatric primary care, women's healthcare, and prenatal care. Also offers behavioral health services, health education and information, and social services assistance.

Advocacates for health insurance consumers. Offers education and consumer outreach program on benefits offered by the Affordable Care Act and its implementation.

Assists individuals who receive medical assistance in recovery from mental health conditions and addiction. Assists individuals in finding doctors, counselors, and other medical professionals, assist with get transportation to appointments, helping to ensure appropriate treatment and direct individuals to services that will be covered by their insurance.

Offers health insurance information for individuals, families, seniors, the unemployed, and those with pre-existing conditions, and small businesses
