A volunteer-staffed program to assist Medicare beneficiaries in the following areas: - Clarifying current health insurance coverage - Determining if current health insurance coverage is adequate - Assistance in finding supplemental insurance - Assisting with applications and providing information on PACE Plus, a program designed to aid income eligible seniors with the cost of prescription drugs - Assistance with Medicare prescription drug coverage

Information and Referral to appropriate agency; assistance in filing claims for medical insurances; provision of applications for PACE prescription discount drugs; property/rent rebate program.

Offers, screening for HIV as well as medical services for those living with HIV/AIDS. Currently offering in person services only by appointment. Telemedicine appointments are available.

The agency also has 5 Senior Centers throughout the County in which participants can enjoy a Congregate Meal and Programming.
