Provides supported living services to individuals with mental health needs through medication monitoring and in-home assistance. In-home assistance includes budget and shopping education, nutritional education, household maintenance support and life skills . Supported Living Services include, but are not limited to budgeting and shopping assistance, nutrition education, household maintenance support, and life skills assistance.

Provide psychiatric evaluations in which a comprehensive exam will take place, along with diagnosis and possible treatment of the condition with medications. The staff also provides medication monitoring through regular follow-up appointments.

Provides personal furnished suites within a separate residential area with access to support services to retain independence, including help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. Provides clients with a customized plan of assistance, 24/7 staffing, and access to onsite healthcare services. Residents have access to meals, community amenities, therapeutic recreation and social activities, and housekeeping services.
