Nurse practitioner and Community Health Nurses provide services on STD clinic day. The STD Clinic is available on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and the TB Clinic operates on the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Immunizations are free by appointment only on Wednesdays, from 8:30am to 10:45am and 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and are available to individuals with no insurance or underinsurance. Additional services include family and professional education, general health information and referrals, case management and counseling for children with elevated blood lead levels, health promotion and teaching for groups, PKU, perinatal and hepatitis B case management, investigation of communicable diseases, and follow-up for animal bites and rabies.

Focuses on behavior stabilization, education, parenting skills, and independent living skills. The youth participate in parenting classes a minimum of five times a week.

Provides physical, emotional and instructive nursing, medical social work support, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy when needed for mothers and their children. Offers pre-and post-natal care and instruction, assistance with infants and children up to age 18, will skilled medical needs. Provides care that include assisting caregiver with IV medications or tube feedings or providing ongoing in-home therapy.

Provides community based, comprehensive, quality health care by resident and faculty doctors. Services include: * Prenatal care * Centering Pregnancy® * General medical care * Wellness exams and preventative care * Specialty clinics * Immunizations * HIV testing site, call for appointment

Provides prenatal care for pregnant people.

A prenatal services program which integrates comprehensive and culturally sensitive clinical care with care coordination and social work services, nutritional counseling, family planning referrals, WIC referrals, EPSDT referrals, dental screening, prenatal and childbirth education and other related services.

Offers prenatal and postpartum home visits to help with questions or concerns about pregnancy and the baby, social gatherings such as picnics, play and support groups, and information on care, development, health and safety for the child.

A program for pregnant women who are income eligible. During pregnancy income eligibility increases to 215% above federal poverty guidelines. Mother-Baby Program: 24-hour residential care and treatment program offers young mothers the opportunity to learn how to care for their child in a responsible manner, while in an environment that promotes the welfare and development of both mother and child. Aftercare services are available to previous residents for at least a year after discharge. (Outreach services are also offered to single mothers who were not previously in the Mother-Baby residential program.) Maternity Program: 24-hour residential care for single pregnant females offering case management, health care and education; personal living skills training; social development and adjustment. Services are also available to each girl's family and to the expectant father. This project is designed to foster community strengths and individual self-sufficiency by facilitating integration among family planning, prenatal and pediatric services, and helping ensure both continuity and convenience of care for project area residents.

Nurse home visiting program for pregnant women, new mothers, new fathers and their babies. A public health nurse will visit the family in the home, help with health care needs and discuss how mom, dad and/or other caregivers and baby are doing. Nurses will assist parents and children with a variety of needs including, but not limited to: infant Care/parenting Tips, breastfeeding tips, home safety tips, smoking cessation, family planning, immunizations, lead testing, and education and guidance in health related areas

Birth center, home or hospital deliveries by certified nurse midwives. Also provides prenatal care, postpartum and newborn care, natural childbirth classes and well-women gynecology care. Free pregnancy testing. Consulting Physicians: Ephrata OB/GYN

Offering maternity care and gynecological services including prenatal and postnatal care, delivery services in hospital setting, and midwife services.

Provides primary family medical care for all ages. Services include women's health, pregnancy care, chronic disease management, nutrition services, urgent care, LGBTQ+ community care, immunization clinics, health counseling, education, guidance, and referrals for speciality medical care.

Uses a unique peer support model that uses shared language, cultural expertise, advocacy, lived experiences, and system navigation knowledge to help individuals and families overcome social determinants and improve their health outcomes. Aims to ensure timely and relevant access to pre and post natal care for the target population.

Provides health education, health screenings, disease prevention services, and family planning services.

Offers a home visiting program for first-time mothers. New mothers enroll early in their pregnancies and are seen on a regular basis by a nurse home educator. The visits continue through pregnancy until the child is two.

Provides limited ultrasound to see how far along you are, verify the pregnancy is in your uterus, and determine if the pregnancy is viable.

Provides complete prenatal care including in-office ultrasound and laboratory services. Collaboration with high risk obstetrical providers when needed for consultation.

A program for women who are having their first baby. When enrolled the program pairs the women with a specially trained nurse who will visit with them throughout their pregnancy and as they parent until the child turns two years old. Nurses are specially trained and will help with this exciting and scary part of life. Nurses will help the women learn how to have a healthy pregnancy and be the best parent for their baby.
