Providing Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Services. The goal of MCRSS is to prevent inpatient care, reduce juvenile justice placement, and address social determinants of health. These goals are addressed through crisis calls, mobile crisis intervention, and stabilization services. MCRSS helps provide stability to youth and their families.

Provides pregnancy testing, counseling, and ultrasound services to confirm pregnancy. Also offers referrals for STD testing and treatment, post abortion support groups, educational outreach, and perinatal comfort care. Offers adolescent health care, asthma care, hearing and vision screenings, immunizations, referrals for specialty care, routine physical exams, sick child visits, and well-child and infant care.

Provides health care services to people with health problems who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Some examples of health problems treated are: medicine refills, cold symptoms, sore muscles and joints, a new or long-term wound, flu shots, blood pressure checks, diabetes education, trouble with teir feet

Provides primary care medical services to individuals regardless of insurance coverage. The mobile unit travels to seven community sites

Provides licensed dentists and hygienists that visit local Head Start programs, schools, businesses and other community locations to provide dental screenings, exams, and cleanings. Mobile Medical travels to multiple locations throughout southwestern Pennsylvania bringing medical services direct to patients. The mobile unit staff specializes in providing care to low-income and at-risk populations.

Provides home and community-based services to support recovery and stability for individuals unable to access or effectively use facility-based outpatient mental health treatment. Includes regular visits by a psychiatrist and registered nurses.

Helps expecting parents make informed choices about parenting, adoption, and abortion.

Provides mobile mental health care by dispatching behavioral health professionals to assist individuals in crisis at home, work, or in the community. Offers evaluation, intervention, and treatment planning for psychiatric crises; support for individuals experiencing or coping with suicidal behavior; assistance for those impacted by traumatic events; and crisis intervention related to substance misuse. Ensures follow-up to connect individuals with physical and behavioral health services and community resources.

Provides primary adult medical and dental care via mobile clinics. Treats chronic diseases and illnesses. Offers prescription medications and diagnostic testing. Performs dental procedures, primarily simple extractions and fillings (excluding wisdom teeth).

Provides access to comprehensive health services through clinics at homeless congregate sites for adults and children experiencing homelessness throughout the Pittsburgh area. A prescription voucher program is also available to individuals experiencing homelessness who have no medical assistance for covering prescription costs. Additional specialty services, outreach services, and substance abuse services are available to individuals experiencing homelessness each month.
