Connections Health Solutions - Mobile Crisis Team

Provides mobile mental health care by dispatching behavioral health professionals to assist individuals in crisis at home, work, or in the community. Offers evaluation, intervention, and treatment planning for psychiatric crises; support for individuals experiencing or coping with suicidal behavior; assistance for those impacted by traumatic events; and crisis intervention related to substance misuse. Ensures follow-up to connect individuals with physical and behavioral health services and community resources.

Primary Care Health Services - Healthcare for the Homeless

Provides access to comprehensive health services through clinics at homeless congregate sites for adults and children experiencing homelessness throughout the Pittsburgh area. A prescription voucher program is also available to individuals experiencing homelessness who have no medical assistance for covering prescription costs. Additional specialty services, outreach services, and substance abuse services are available to individuals experiencing homelessness each month.
