If you choose a method that is not available at our offices, we may need to write you a prescription or refer you to another health care provider.), and morning after pill (Plan B One-Step). Plan B is most effective if taken within the first 24 hours after unprotected sex, but can be used up to 120 hours after unprotected sex. Care includes assessing for injury with emergency medical consultation, providing post-exposure prophylactic treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), screening for pregnancy, and obtaining forensic evidence. Also provides referrals for ongoing medical and psychological care and support.

Provides comprehensive health services for women and anyone who self-identifies as transgender. Services include routine physicals and gynecological exams, hormone therapy, birth control, pregnancy testing, abortion services up to 23 weeks for women and trans men, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, HIV testing, permanent sterilization, individual and post abortion counseling.

STD Clinic offers free, anonymous testing for HIV and STDs on a walk-in basis at The Chester County Health Department. No appointment is necessary.
