Services include: Prenatal Health Affordable Childbirth Delivery Plans Gynecology Services* Pap Smears and Annual Exams Breast Exams Menopausal Counseling Birth Control

A physician or nurse practitioner will conduct the medical examination. They will check for any problems, including signs of STDs. If you are a woman, they will also do a Pap Smear to test for abnormal cells that can lead to cancer.

Provides breast exams, dispensed contraceptives (birth control pill, condoms, diaphragm, depo shot, ortho evra patch, IUD), emergency contraception, gynecological exam, norplant removals, pap smear, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and STI (sexually transmitted infections) testing and treatment

Provides inpatient and outpatient medical services. Inpatient care includes medical and surgical services, critical care, operating room services, maternity and pediatric care, mental health treatment, acute rehabilitation, and neonatal intensive care. Additional inpatient programs include a mammography screening program and Healthy Beginnings Plus, a prenatal care program for individuals receiving or eligible for Medical Assistance. Emergency services are also available. Outpatient services include laboratory and imaging services, cardiology, cancer care at Ephrata Cancer Center, and sleep apnea diagnosis at the Sleep Disorder Center.

Family Planning Plus provides complete gynecological examinations (pap tests, pelvic exams, and clinical breast exams), STD testing, and care for minor GYN problems like vaginal infections for women of all ages and incomes. All services are confidential.

Minimally invasive procedures allow a doctor to remove most breast tumors through an incision that measures less than one-eighth of an inch-smaller than a fingertip. The procedure takes only one-half hour to 45 minutes and is done at the Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Health Center. The two types of surgeries are Ultrasound Mammotomy, and Stereotactic Mammotomy.

With a minimally invasive procedure called ductoscopy, doctors obtain a closer look at the lining of the milk ducts to detect minor changes that may indicate the early stages of cancer and begin a course of treatment when the rate of cure is highest.

Operates an outpatient primary medical care clinic for Veterans through the Lebanon VA. Offers primary care and annual physicals by appointment, preventive services, women's health services, routine lab work, EKGs, immunizations, medication review, tele-mental health and social work services, treatment of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disease, common cold, influenza, tobacco cessation and specialty referrals. Telehealth: As a convenience to our patients, some services are offered by electronic means. Individual or group appointments may be performed via video to the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility. Also, various tests can now be performed at any one of the six outpatient clinics, with the analysis being performed at the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility.
