Offers programs of classes in culinary arts, fashion design/branding, cosmetology, makeup and skincare, financial literacy, resume writing, music, and introduction to barbering. Provides job readiness coaching, peer mentoring, and group therapy sessions. Also provides case management and support services including emergency temporary housing; assistance with utility, rent, and phone bill payments; transportation; nutrition services; work attire; hygiene support; medical support; and more.

Offers a program for youth ages 12 to 17, providing life skills training, trauma-informed care, financial literacy training, and workforce development. Youth enrolled in the program are required to be present at NOMO North Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 7:00pm.

Services include one-on-one career coaching, workforce webinar series, 10-week professional development / workforce readiness seminars, job fairs, and highering events. Services include English language education and interpretation, translation, GED education, immigration services, life skill development, aging, health education and assessment and community diversity training, employment preparation and placement and child day care for client and community families.

Provides a peer-run resource center connecting the public to community resources and Workforce/Employment which includes employment skills, career counseling, high school equivalency assistance and reentry assistance. Also Offers a variety of counseling services and support groups for those in recovery from substance use disorders.

The PA CareerLink is a one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Preparing for Independence is a comprehensive employment and vocational counseling program open to those needing employment or to improve their lives through better job benefits or greater income. Supports empowerment and leadership development of queer youth of color through individual coaching, group support, and community engagement. Coaching addresses sexual health, education, homework assistance, job readiness, employment, conflict resolution, and trauma. Offers group activities that allow queer youth to strengthen their social support system and facilitate dialogue about how they can make an impact on their community through organizing.

Readies graduates for PMMI Mechatronics Level 1 and ACT National Career Readiness certification exams.

Provides resources to clients to assist with interpersonal skills, proper hygiene practices, obtaining identification, obtaining a GED and other educational goals, resume building, self-esteem workshops, mental health awareness, recovery awareness, parenting skills, nutritional training, and budgeting.

Offers a four-year, year-round, educational and workforce development program for students in the 11th grade interested in information technology careers. Services include educational experiences, academic support, social-emotional skills training, instruction in software design, paid work experiences, and job placement assistance. Awards college credit to participants through partnership with Arizona State University.

Supports fathers and father figures through educational programs and career development assistance. Stipends are provided to enrolled clients who participate in sessions to help assist with transportation, food, or childcare expenses incurred while participating. Offers family outings, certificates and certifications, and provides information about and referrals to additional services.

Provide vocational assessment, job development, job training, job placement, specialized job situations and/or other support services that help people with intellectual disabilities prepare for, find and retain paid employment.

Creates and manages numerous programs for K-12 students throughout the school year and during the summer months. The partnership is comprised of citizens, educators, business, and government agencies that offer knowledge, training, and guidance to all students to enable them to be competitive members of a world-class workforce.
