Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Prepares participants for entry-level employment in the advanced manufacturing industry. Teaches skills including reading comprehension, mathematics, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving, interpersonal skills, resume preparation, and using job search tools. Learning opportunities include meeting employer partners, guest speakers, and visiting factory and shop locations of potential employers.
Provides employment and educational services. Offers training programs for certifications, support for dislocated workers, employment-related transportation, and job retraining assistance. Assists with applying for benefits through the Department of Human, filing initial Unemployment Claims, and Workers' Compensation Benefits.

Senior Community Service Employment Programs
Offers a workforce development program that provides opportunity to obtain technical training. Coaches guide participants through the process to ensure goals are achieved and barriers are reduced. Participants take technical classes at Johnson College to obtain industry-specific credentials. In addition to classes, participants take part in employee readiness workshops that relate to workplace knowledge, professionalism, and long-term success. After program completion, participants will have earned professional certification in a high-priority occupation and find gainful employment.
