Prepares participants for entry-level employment in manufacturing careers, seamless entry into the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Registered Apprenticeship Program, or continued education. Covers hydraulics, industrial electricity, mechanical components, and programmable logic controls. Offers career counseling, resume development, interview preparation, and job finding help. Readies graduates for PMMI Mechatronics Level 1 and ACT National Career Readiness certification exams.

Offers 45-minute sessions on successful interviewing techniques. Provides each client with one suit when he has an interview scheduled and a second suit when he gets the job. Clients also receive free tailoring and haircut services when necessary.

Coaching addresses sexual health, education, homework assistance, job readiness, employment, conflict resolution, and trauma. Offers group activities that allow queer youth to strengthen their social support system and facilitate dialogue about how they can make an impact on their community through organizing.
