Salvation Army of Pottstown - Pottstown Works

Prepares adult job seekers for full time employment through an intensive multi-day Workshop. Assists course graduates with resume' preparation, interview skill building, job searching, overcoming barriers to employment, financial planning, maintaining and developing job skills, and reaching goals for job advancement. Pottstown Works also offers on-going mentoring, technical resource (access to computers, printers one-on one assistance) for all graduates. A similar program is provided in collaboration with the Pottstown School District to help guide high school students through the process of finding a job.
