Job seekers identified as veterans are matched to job orders, before any other job seeker matches are performed.

Also provides job training for metalworking, industrial maintenance, bookkeeping, Microsoft Office technology and customer service specialist, pharmacy technician, medical assistant, and dental assistant. Designed to match essential job skills with employee knowledge and ability, the WIN and WorkKeys assessments work together to provide both job seekers and employers with valuable training and information. Clients work through practice tests prior to taking the standardized WorkKeys exam within a controlled environment. If scores demonstrate weakness in a particular subject area, remediation modules and instructor assistance are available.

Various types educational workshops for students that are in middle school to college level, to help and assist in their developement.

Provides assistance navigating community resources and Workforce/employment services, including employment skills, career counseling, high school equivalency assistance and reentry assistance. Also provides a recovery support center with community based self help programming for individuals experiencing a substance abuse disorder. Recovery Cafe provides a safe, sober place to socialize.
