Clients work through practice tests prior to taking the standardized WorkKeys exam within a controlled environment. Programs aid individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in searching for jobs, refining interviewing skills, and transitioning into the workforce through temporary employment positions. They focus on working with each person in the setting in which they are most comfortable. The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP)and Supported Employment, and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

AMVETS implements programs for and advocates on behalf of veterans and their families. A network of AMVETS National Service Officers (NSOs) are stationed at VA regional offices and medical centers and provide information, counseling and claims assistance to all veterans and their dependants in matters concerning education, disability compensation, employment, hospitalization, rehabilitation, pension and other benefits. Annually awards scholarships to veterans and their dependents. Also conducts programs to teach children about American heritage, civics and citizenship. Pennsylvania AMVETS CODE Career Center provides asset assessment, resume writing assistance, interview skills training, and exploration into education, training, licensing, and certification opportunities.
