Provides employment training services that will support an individual in training, finding, and keeping a community job. Services include: Paid training program with competitive wages, Training evaluation and goals specific to individual needs, Employment Preparation (explores options, job placement plans, resumes, and interview prep, access to assistive technology), Job Search (search the local job market, contact employers, track job search), Job Placement (match with opportunities that meet job skills, educate employers about special needs), Follow-Along and Job Retention (on-the-job coaching and support, regular communication with employer within the first 30 days of employment, on-going job and skills training, advice on advancement or promotion), Employer Support (special needs education as it relates to workplace modifications, tax incentives for hiring individuals with disabilities), and Follow up services after the training program.

Provides case management and wraparound support to at risk young adults and ex-offenders. Services include personalized assessment, educational support, job readiness training, job finding assistance, mentoring, and more.

Clients work through practice tests prior to taking the standardized WorkKeys exam within a controlled environment. If scores demonstrate weakness in a particular subject area, remediation modules and instructor assistance are available.

Provides employment, job training and placement, vocational rehabilitation services, and community activity programs for persons with disabilities.

Activities include academic help, cooking classes, coding, conflict resolution training, family engagement, job readiness training, mental health support, mentoring, sports activities, and violence prevention. Provides referral services for families needing additional resources and services.

Programs aid individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in searching for jobs, refining interviewing skills, and transitioning into the workforce through temporary employment positions. They focus on working with each person in the setting in which they are most comfortable. The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP)and Supported Employment, and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

Also provides a recovery support center with community based self help programming for individuals experiencing a substance abuse disorder. Recovery Cafe provides a safe, sober place to socialize.

Provides veterans with a full range of employment services, including referral services, job development, referral to training, and referral to government and community veteran service agencies. These representatives help veterans match their job skills to employer job openings and contact employers on behalf of the veteran for consideration in hiring.

Offers a workforce development program that provides services for career development, employment and job finding assistance, and basic adult education.
