Offers a workforce development program that provides opportunity to obtain technical training. Coaches guide participants through the process to ensure goals are achieved and barriers are reduced. Participants take technical classes at Johnson College to obtain industry-specific credentials. In addition to classes, participants take part in employee readiness workshops that relate to workplace knowledge, professionalism, and long-term success. After program completion, participants will have earned professional certification in a high-priority occupation and find gainful employment.

Provides the job skills training and supports needed to obtain and sustain meaningful employment. Offers comprehensive and individualized vocational assessment, community based work assessment, job seeking and placement services, supported employment, post employment services, post secondary education support, social skills groups, community integration and inclusion, independent living skills training, transportation, financial coordination services, and outpatient counseling.

Offers 45-minute sessions on successful interviewing techniques. Provides each client with one suit when he has an interview scheduled and a second suit when he gets the job. Clients also receive free tailoring and haircut services when necessary.

Services include specialized training scholarships, career assessments, resume building assistance, mock interviewing, access to clothing appropriate for interviewing, barrier removal assistance, employer leads, and job placement assistance and advocacy.

Supports fathers and father figures through educational programs and career development assistance. Stipends are provided to enrolled clients who participate in sessions to help assist with transportation, food, or childcare expenses incurred while participating. Offers family outings, certificates and certifications, and provides information about and referrals to additional services.

Provide vocational assessment, job development, job training, job placement, specialized job situations and/or other support services that help people with intellectual disabilities prepare for, find and retain paid employment.

Assist individuals with stabilizing their barriers to success and with developing skills that prepare them for employment. Program offers successful employment and personal skills development opportunities to help individuals improve their ability to "earn, keep, and grow" a steady family-supporting income. Customers are provided with case management and referred to other services such as skill and behavior assessment, support groups, life skills, GED instruction, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and others.
