Provides career counseling and assistance with job searches, job applications and resumes. Clients receive soft-skill training which includes practice job interviewing. Assistance is given to clients interested in vocational training and are aided in the process of applying to technical or vocational schools.

Career Services: Provides resume development, job search support, recruitment events, soft skills training, career credential courses, and more to connect individuals with employers. Reentry Services: Provides record review assistance to individuals. Makes referrals for expungement, assists with pardon application submissions, and connects with reentry-friendly-employers.

Provides individuals with intensive case management to assess and remediate their barriers to employment. Provides support to engage in training and activities to enhance and motivate them to actively seek employment opportunities.

Provides services and programming for individuals involved in the justice system and those with similar barriers to employment. - Employment assistance includes employment preparedness, resume writing, financial literacy, education/skill assessments, computer lab access, and employment placement. - Registered pre-apprenticeship program that provides career and technical education, hands-on learning, and an employment-focused curriculum with job readiness skills. - Workforce development program for individuals with a criminal record and mental health diagnosis and currently receiving case management services at SAM, Inc. - Workforce development program for individuals with a criminal record and an opioid use disorder and currently receiving case management services. - Assistance with transportation and IDs.

Teaches the critical soft skills needed to find and keep employment including critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and life skills, budgeting, and basic math skills. Also offers individualized career counseling and support with resume development, job searching, and interview preparation. Upon program completion, participants will be enrolled to take the ACT National Career Readiness Certification examination.

Offers several educational pathways for adults who are interested in either starting a new career or just learning new skill for fun or profit. Features student services, online courses, and special programs.

Also provides case management and support services including emergency temporary housing; assistance with utility, rent, and phone bill payments; transportation; nutrition services; work attire; hygiene support; medical support; and more.

Supports fathers and father figures through educational programs and career development assistance. Stipends are provided to enrolled clients who participate in sessions to help assist with transportation, food, or childcare expenses incurred while participating.
