Helps improve the quality of life for older Philadelphians who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking a career change. Services include career counseling and placement assistance; access to workshops on understanding transferable skills, computer and internet use, and resume and interview preparation; referrals to training programs, social services, and job fairs; and access to computer labs and on-line job leads.
Offers career development assistance to adult workers of all ages. Services include one-on-one career counseling, interview preparation, career exploration assessments, networking and skill building, resume development, LinkedIn profile writing, career workshops, job search an placement assistance, and online computer classes.

Adult Day Programs - Day programs are created to meet each individual’s needs and skill set. Both licensed and unlicensed day programs are held in a safe and caring environment with a team of human service professionals. Adult Residential Programs - Support is provided to individuals in community homes or life sharing with a host family. Each individual is evaluated to determine which living environment will work best for them depending on their needs, wants, and goals. Behavioral Services - Behavior support services use empirically-validated practices to identify the causes of, intervene to prevent, and create appropriate reactions to problematic behavior. Vocational Training - Vocational Training provides the supports individuals need to successfully find and maintain a job. Individuals receive assistance to build their resume and discover their skills and abilities. Comprehensive Disability Related Employment Programs
We provide three programs that address the needs of persons under the age of 22. They are as follows: 1. Our School-to-Work program is designed to provide high school-aged students with an IEP (Individualized Education Program) transition into the workplace. Through a vocational evaluation by our licensed psychologist and work done by the student in our workshop, the employment potential of the student is enhanced and assessed. In the workshop students develop vocational and employability skills that help them to successfully transition from school to work. If appropriate, students can also progress to participating in transitional work crews in the community. Students are paid at piece rate for the work they do in the workshop and at an hourly rate for community work crew. In addition, at the request of the school district, we can provide job development and job coaching. The School-to-Work program is funded by school districts, the Chester County Intermediate Unit or county programs. 2. The ESY
