A spouse is not a cosigner/guarantor because they need to be a co-applicant (married couples must apply together unless they are separated/divorcing).

Completes the loan packaging and works with the applicant to present it to area banks for funding. Offers a variety of loans: A) Credit Builder Loan up to $2,500 B) Direct Loan $1,000 to $2,500 C) Small Business Loan up to $10,000; Credit Line up to $20,000; Expansion Loan up to $50,000; and Real Estate Loan for Business Property up to $350,000
