Resource Liaisons are available to support anyone who has an urgent need and can be connected to a resource. Services of the Resource Liaisons will be determined based on need and are focused around the Social Determinants of Health, connecting people to resources within those areas to equip people and families to overcome short-term barriers that prevent stability.

Provides 3 to 6 months of community-based, family-centered support to youth experiencing disciplinary challenges at home, in school, or in the community. Services include case management, onsite after-school programming, counseling, life skills workshops, mentoring, educational support, and linkages to community resources.

Provides role modeling, tutoring, recreational and life skills development to at-risk children and youth in the community or in daycare settings. In home respite is provided for families involved with Lehigh County Mental Health and Northampton County Mental Health with a mental health diagnosis.

Provides two weeks of life skills and job readiness training, mentoring (continues post-program), trauma-informed group counseling, and job finding assistance. Participants receive a $15.00 per hour stipend and a daily complimentary meal.

Mentoring program for youth and teens that offers services to foster caring, competence, and confidence through emotional, social, cultural, and educational support for children between six and sixteen years of age.

Helps kids learn life lessons while they build bicycles. Students are paired with adult mentors, then spend 12 weeks learning how to fix and ride a bike they choose. At the end of the session, students earn their refurbished bike and a new helmet. Students enrolled in this program can also access others, including afterschool drop-in, Earn a Book, youth leadership, and cycling programs.
