Components of the program include: leadership development activities, empowering trainings, one-to-one mentoring, and service opportunities for youth to give back to their community.

Provides monitored matches between adult mentors and youth participants.

Works with youth who might otherwise end up in placement by mainstreaming them into Boys & Girls Club guidance and youth development activities and by providing them with adult staff mentors.

Services include life skills training and mentor project through three regional coordinating offices: Pro-Act, Rase Project, and Message Carriers. Provides training on addiction treatment and recovery, youth support groups, a peer support mentoring program, and advocates for recovery.

Provides age-appropriate programming and activities for teens in a safe and welcoming space. Activities include mentoring, Teen Fridays, scuba diving, robotics, and more.

Offers first-generation high school students assistance with the college search and transition process; training for college admissions criteria and planning for deadlines and required fees; guidance with college and financial aid applications, testing, and personal essay writing; and mentorship through the student's college career. Also awards scholarships to qualified students.

Provides a helpline that offers information and referral services to assist families of children and youth with disabilities.

Offers a 24-week, earn-and-learn, pre-apprenticeship program in digital marketing for high school juniors and seniors. Pays a stipend of $12 per hour. Provides training in digital marketing skills featuring hands-on, creative learning; access to educational, career, and socioemotional counseling; one-on-one mentoring; a pathway to an industry-standard credential; and job or apprenticeship placement assistance or post-secondary program enrollment assistance for graduates of the program.

Volunteer organization supporting at-risk single mothers between the ages of 18 and 29, through mentorship and education.

Matches clients with certified peer specialists who have: A) Physical disability and/or experience working with persons who have physical disabilities B) lived experience managing behavioral health challenges. Services may include building a network of natural supports; developing a Wellness Recovery Action Plan; facilitating collaboration with service providers, healthcare providers, transportation, and other resources; and assistance with nursing home transition planning.

Assists formerly incarcerated citizens in finding a home, church, job, housing, mentoring, and spiritual advising. Also sends letters to those incarcerated in county, state, and federal correctional institutions. Volunteer opportunities available.

Offers paid apprenticeships that gives justice-impacted young people the opportunity to develop marketable job skills and reconnect with their community through mural making, carpentry, and other creative projects. Curriculum includes job readiness and life skills training, professional development, and mentorship. Participants develop skills in professional communications, teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, digital etiquette, résumé-building, and interview preparation.

Connects young people with adult mentors to help them build confidence, develop life skills, and overcome challenges. The program pairs youth with trained mentors who provide guidance, support, and encouragement, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals.

Provides reentry supportive services for families impacted by the criminal justice system. Offers services that include housing assistance, mentoring, case management, referral services, food, clothing, educational support, employment assistance, photo identification cards, driver's licenses, and bus passes for employment.

Provides school uniforms, backpacks, winter coats, study rooms, books for leisurely reading, assistance to high school seniors who can't afford a yearbook or prom tickets and attire or class trip. Also provides a mentoring program for students ages 5-12.

Offers a girls mentoring program that provides gender specific support for girls ages 12 to18 to help build self-esteem and develop social skills, etiquette, and critical thinking skills. Teaches goal setting and provides support for college readiness and career development.

Works with people who are serving time at the Chester County Correctional Center and are returning to the Coatesville area.

Offers after-School Tutoring, Internship, Counseling, and Mentoring Program for Youth provides students from the Logan/Olney neighborhood schools, with academic enrichment, job training, employment mentoring, and leadership training.

Matches students with a Christian mentor. Provides a weekly program for matches, the Springboard Internship program for mentees, family outreach, and school partnerships.

Offers a mentorship program for boys and young adult males. Facilitates candid conversations about life choices and making positive life decisions, and provides advocacy and resources in support of mentees' expressed interests and concerns. Services include large group mentoring with topic-focused break out groups and one on one intervention as needed. Partner schools include Emlen Elementary, Martin Luther King, Jr. High, Roosevelt Elementary, and Wagner Middle.

Provides 3 to 6 months of community-based, family-centered support to youth experiencing disciplinary challenges at home, in school, or in the community. Services include case management, onsite after-school programming, counseling, life skills workshops, mentoring, educational support, and linkages to community resources.

Provides an after school program that brings hands-on learning opportunities, for middle school students, with an emphasis on STEAM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics). Connects students with local businesses, artists, makers, educators, and professionals to share knowledge and provide diverse learning experiences. Volunteers welcomed.

Provides free training and support to individuals who volunteer to help persons seeking pardons tell their stories of how they have changed since they made contact with the criminal justice system.

Services include pregnancy testing, first trimester ultrasounds, STD testing and treatment, and options counseling. Also provides ongoing material assistance for new mothers and mothers of young children, and single fathers of young children, offering essential baby supplies (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.) and clothing. Also offers mentoring in partnership with a local church.
