Medical interpreting services for seniors 60 and older

Provides human services to low income individuals and families. Programs include: - Information and referral/client advocacy, case management, senior center sources, and senior outreach - Interpreter services for clients - Soup kitchen - Immigration - Legal orientation - Employment services - Workforce readiness - GED preparation - ESL (English as a Second Language) - Mental Health services - Substance Abuse services - HIV/AIDS testing and counseling - STD testing and counseling

Provides comprehensive information and referral with case management services on-site. Services include: Information and referral/client advocacy, case management Centralize intake for anyone experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County Application assistance for public benefits (SNAP/Medicaid/TANF) and Property Tax/Rent Rebates Interpreter services for clients A collaborative Partnership between United Way of Lancaster County and SACA.

Provides translation/interpretation service, citizenship assistance, counseling, food assistance, and technical assistance and training, such as peer internships, on-the-job training, consultations, lectures, and workshops.

Provides information and referrals to people with language and cultural barriers, connecting clients with needed community resources plus translation/interpretation to help overcome those barriers.

Provides case management services to individuals or families who need assistance with food security, interpretation and translation, court processes in domestic, divorce, or child custody matters, finding employment and/or training, information for families on juvenile justice cases, completing higher education applications, and other systems navigation assistance.

Provides assistance completing application forms for government programs. Also assists non-English speakers with interpretation/translation.

Bilingual bicultural staff assists and connects consumers with programs, benefits, and services that they may be eligible for such as state benefits through the PA Compass System, welfare benefits, public health insurance, etc. Due to their extensive network with local providers they are able to refer clients to where their clients are able to have their needs met. Provides referrals to social service agencies, advocacy, notary services, etc. including referrals to Safe Berks if client fears for her/his life. Dedicated Personnel trained on domestic violence service support through Safe Berks.

Provides case management services to individuals or families who need assistance with food security, interpretation and translation, court processes in domestic, divorce, or child custody matters, finding employment and/or training, information for families on juvenile justice cases, completing higher education applications, and other systems navigation assistance.

Offers spoken and written language services. Clients have the option to schedule for on-site or remote (phone or virtual) services.
