Provides free training, information, and technical assistance to help parents throughout Pennsylvania become more effective advocates for their children. Services include information about the special education and healthcare systems, workshops and conferences on disability issues, and one to one technical assistance.
Provides: A) Personal home visits twice a month by the Parent Educator to improve knowledge of age appropriate child development. B) Access to screenings (developmental, vision and hearing) to help identify strengths and abilities as well as possible delays. C) Group meetings for parents and children to interact and to share information about parenting issues. D) A resource network to help families identify and connect with needed community resources and organizations that serve families.

Home Based Parenting Education
Offers a wide variety of resources including books, audiotapes, video cassettes, and learning games that provide information, techniques, and suggestions for activities which enable parents to be more effective in their parenting role.
Provides free mobile library services within a 20-mile radius of the City of Indiana, PA with a focus on rural areas. Resources include children's books, DVDs, periodicals, and reference materials on topics including self-help, parenting, behavioral health issues, adult literacy, disabilities information, child development, advocacy, and more.
Provides links to resources for parents and educators responding to trauma/violence.
