Offers a year-long program that prepares young people to become leaders and advocates for service and social justice. The program consists of monthly meetings, workshops, retreats, and special field trips.

Offers the Community Leadership Course for Veterans (CLCV), an initiative of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. aimed at leveraging the skills and experience of current and past military service members by exposing them to new leadership networks and opportunities for service to our community, and fast-tracking their success in the region as high-potential leaders.

Provides a 38-week curriculum and summer program where participants learn the skills necessary to accomplish their goals and remain committed to their communities. Graduates of the program demonstrate higher levels of self-esteem and cooperation; 95% of participants progress to the next grade level, graduate, or move on to either secondary education or the job market.

Provides leadership and professional development workshops to all 12 GEAR UP high schools in the district. Each school is partnered with a corporation whose employees participate in the monthly workshops.

Offers leadership training and a certificate program for nonprofit and public sector leaders to help build their leadership skills and their organization's capacity. Also provides resources for nonprofit leaders including tools for board development, financial management, equity practices, and emulation frameworks.

Enhances leadership capabilities and skills for individuals to make them more effective in their own organizations and prepare them to take on volunteer roles in the community. Explores a variety of topics including: Arts & Culture, Community Building, Economic Development, Education, Grant Makers, Media & Other Key Stakeholders, Health Care Delivery, Human Services, Judicial & Legislative Systems, Local Government, Non-profit & Municipal Roles & Responsibilities, Servant Leadership, and Transportation. Participants attend one, day-long session per month for ten months. Class members agree to serve for three years on a non-profit or municipal board or committee. Each class carries out a service project that aids the community and reinforces learning.

Offers a 6-week paid summer immersion program for Philadelphia public high school students to learn how to build people power and get hands-on experience. Provides instruction and learning experiences concerning community organizing and leadership skills focused on community uplift. Also provides opportunities to work with leading social impact organizations in Philadelphia and get exposed to a network of change makers.

Provides wellness education, physical activity, mentoring, leadership, employment training and a safe space for at-risk children to grow up. Uses the medium of soccer to teach nutrition education, develop strong moral character, inspire academic excellence, and promote community involvement.

Offers a leadership development and mentoring program. Participants break into age-appropriate groups led by trained mentors and focus on self-awareness, character building, goal setting, time management, communication, social engagement, networking, conflict resolution, developmental skills, peer mentoring, and leadership skills.
