Provides an after-school program that emphasizes the value of human life. Program cohorts run 12 weeks. Activities include training in influencer leadership, communication, study skills, career development, mental and physical wellness, entrepreneurship, and blockchain basics. Also includes dog training and art therapy involving painting, audio and video production, and performance. Each session begins with a meal, whoosah, and a "how was your day" check-in.

Before-school program “Wake Up, Washington” includes hands-on educational activities and breakfast for all participants. Available to current Washington Elementary School students.

Provides instruction and learning experiences concerning community organizing and leadership skills focused on community uplift. Also provides opportunities to work with leading social impact organizations in Philadelphia and get exposed to a network of change makers.

Offers career development assistance to adult workers of all ages. Services include one-on-one career counseling, interview preparation, career exploration assessments, networking and skill building, resume development, LinkedIn profile writing, career workshops, job search an placement assistance, and online computer classes.

Offers sponsorship for various ministries to work with adults and children to include: Prison Ministry, Youth Leadership program, and Mom's Clubs/Kid's clubs and law enforcement.

Provides leadership and professional development workshops to all 12 GEAR UP high schools in the district. Each school is partnered with a corporation whose employees participate in the monthly workshops.

Leadership Program is a health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement program. The goal of the program is to help boys and girls develop and adopt a healthy attitude and lifestyle, as well as acquire and maintain a positive self-concept, sound decision-making skills and mentor relationship.

Offers the Community Leadership Course for Veterans (CLCV), an initiative of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. aimed at leveraging the skills and experience of current and past military service members by exposing them to new leadership networks and opportunities for service to our community, and fast-tracking their success in the region as high-potential leaders.

Participants break into age-appropriate groups led by trained mentors and focus on self-awareness, character building, goal setting, time management, communication, social engagement, networking, conflict resolution, developmental skills, peer mentoring, and leadership skills.

A 43-acre camp located in Orefield, PA offering therapeutic, challenge-based recreation and adventure for youth. Overnight camps (week-long and weekend) include Adventures in Arts, Adventures in Leadership, & Adventures in STEM. Offers a variety of other activities through its Catalyst Adventure Learning program.

Delivers educational, employment, and training services for youth in 8th to12th grades in Philadelphia. Provides in-person, one-on-one case management services, mentorships, incentives, supportive services, occupational skills, work experience training, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development. Also focuses on behavioral training methods to reduce violence, such as conflict resolution and finding common ground with one another.

Offers networking opportunities - Leadership Advantage: One-day workshop designed to offer a wide range of topics that support the work of volunteers and staff in non-profit organizations. Accounting, fundraising, board development and training are among the topics discussed - Board Leadership Academy: Series of half day sessions for non-profit board members and senior staff desiring more effective performance in their leadership roles
