Provides addiction treatment programs for adults and adolescents. Offers walk-in drug and alcohol assessments, intensive and general outpatient programs for adults and adolescents, individual and group therapy, individual family sessions, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual adolescent therapy, adolescent groups, and Certified Recovery Specialists services.

Provides Independent Living case management to young people involved or formally involved with the Child Welfare system. Services include life skills (individual/group training), assistance in developing and completing an individual plan for independence and permanency, and case Management Services. Offers some housing options for youth who aged out of foster care at 18 or older and are not yet 24 years old, but they must be working to qualify.

Supervised Living for Older Youth
Offers a 12-week intervention program for males that utilizes cognitive and behavioral modification techniques to help men get beyond the use of violence as a social tool to settle problems and conflicts. Includes sessions on conflict resolution, personal growth, social rehabilitation/habitation, and life management skills. Participants receive a monetary gift card upon completing the program.

Provides community service fulfillment available for court adjudicated youth programs, academic honors, scouting and religious projects. Provides post high school group availabe and post high school life skills mentoring.

Pathways Academy is an intensive 9-18 month curriculum-based, residential training program that helps adults with intellectual disabilities learn the skills needed to live with minimal supports in the community.
Helps teen boys change their mindsets and behavior patterns so that they will be able to function appropriately in society and return to the community as healthy, productive citizens. The length of placement is determined by the specific needs of the youth.

Connects young women to positive female figures from their community for 26-week program of mentoring sessions. Program covers diction, etiquette, technical skills, life skills and lessons, conflict resolution and decision making, proper dress and attire, and physical education.
Helps youth who are in out-of-home placement make the transition to become independent, self-sufficient, and productive adults. ILP is a partnership between the Erie County Office of Children and Youth (OCY), Family Services of NW PA, and Bethesda Lutheran Services. Partnered services include individual counseling, life skills groups, job preparation, assistance in enrolling in higher education, and assistance in obtaining adequate housing.
